Home was in a great location, close to entertainment, stores. We enjoyed the beautiful view, kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was great to relax, games were fun and movie room was great.

The view is amazing. Very nice place. My parents were a little disappointed at the tv stations. The theater system was a little hard to figure out but it worked great. Would stay again.

We loved the location and the view. We were very close to Dollywood, the The Old Mill and the Island. The cabin was spacious and clean. We would definitely recommend. A couple of the mattresses were old and uncomfortable (especially in the basement bedroom) but we had plenty of other beds to choose from so we could not complain. We loved it!

House was perfect for a big family group. The view was lovely, although due to the weather, we were not able to take advantage of the outdoor spaces too much.

We enjoyed the cabin and had a great time in Pigeon Forge. The view off the back deck is wonderful. The location of the cabin is very convenient to a lot of Pigeon Forge activities. The only complaint we had was there were a few things that didn’t appear clean at the cabin. In the basement, it looked like the bathroom or bedrooms hadn’t been clean (dirty towels, fingerprints), and there was trash in the theater room. Nothing we couldn’t remedy but it did concern us a little. Overall we had a good time, even with the cleanliness issues.

We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. There was plenty of space for our family of 15. We spent a lot of time on the deck and the view was amazing. The online listing was a perfect description of the cabin and the host reapondes very quickly to a couple question we had. Would definitely stay here again

Our group was two families of 4 and one extra friend and this was the perfect spot. It has a view like you’re waynout in the mountains and it’s 5 minutes to Starbucks. Great sleeping arrangements as well. Thanks!

Process was extremely easy! Property view was beautiful! There were a few minor repairs needed like blinds not opening, tv controls not accurate, some utensils need to be replaced. Overall we had a great experience.

We loved the proximity to everything. Grocery store, The Island, Dolly’s Stampede, everything within 5-10 mins. Secluded, quiet area, plenty of parking. Perfect for our family of 8.

Great location and plenty of room for a large group.

The house has a great layout and terrific access with 3 of 5 bedrooms on the main floor with the kitchen and living room. Downstairs were the remaining 2 bedrooms and a kid/teenager/kid at heart paradise with the pool table, game systems, theatre room and hot tub. We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have been there longer! Another bonus was feeling like you were a million miles away from anything because of the layout but we were only 2 minutes from town and Instacart made several deliveries which was great not to have to spend our vacation shopping. Highly recommend this place and would stay there again for sure!

Enjoyed the cabin. Only exception was the bear getting into the trash bins the last night we were there. Would suggest getting some kind of lock to put the box. Any maintenance related items were handled in a courteous and timely manner. We would definitely stay there again!

We were extremely happy with the rental process and communication with owners. We loved the cabin!!

Awesome place to stay with plenty of activities to do at the house.

This place is a great get-away! You have privacy and yet, within minutes you can access all that Pigeon Forge offers, and it’s just a short drive to Gatlinburg as well. We had a group of 15 humans & 3 dogs and everyone agreed, it was great! The cabin was clean and cozy, and the kitchen was well equipped. (There are plenty of grocery stores nearby.) We did most of our meals at the cabin and there was sufficient supplies to do so. We brought paper plates/plastic service-ware and used them for most of our meals, (because we’re on vacation!) but there are plenty of dinner-ware available, as well as a dishwasher. An added bonus was the washer & dryer. I was concerned about the weather we were facing-it was very HOT….but the a/c at the cabin worked wonderfully! Even though the temps were warm, everyone enjoyed sitting on that deck daily, looking at the beautiful view. The kids in our group used the hot tub daily, even though it was 96-97 degrees out : ) We had 4 vehicles and there was adequate room for each. I read previous reviews about the steepness of the drive, and it IS a very steep drive for a minute or so. But the payoff is That View! You could spend your entire stay at the cabin and be content. If you like adventure, the things to do in the area are endless. The early birds (6am) in our group drove the Motor Drive in Gatlinburg, and saw bear on 3 different occasions. That was a big highlight! Anytime I had any questions (I’m older and new to tech stuff), I got a reply rather quickly. Check-In & Check-Out was easy-peasy, I would highly recommend staying here.

This is a very spacious cabin in a great location. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. The cabin has many amenities that provide entertainment for your stay. Would definitely stay here again:).

Amazing views from this clean cabin on the mountain top. Minutes from everything you need to see and do in Pigeon Forge and the Smokies. The cabin is situated where you truly feel alone and in nature without having the worry of remote location. Nicely appointed bedrooms and clean facilities! Nice walking area for the dogs and walking distance to Dollywood. Overall great location!

Very responsive to questions and issues. Property was exactly as described with a beautiful view. Older home, but cozy. We enjoyed our stay, and when we had trouble with the hot tub, they had it fixed in less than 20 min! We would stay again.

This cabin is in a prime location, you could almost walk to Dollywood. It's about 5-10 minutes from the city/town. The pictures of the house seem to make it look bigger than what it really is but we didn't really have an issue with this as we didn't invite a bunch of people. Also there are cameras in the front and back** this didn't bother us but wanted to make you aware. The cabin itself needs some work or their Maintenance team needs to tighten up. When we arrived we found several issues, the face of the cabinetry to the right of the stove was falling off and the top drawer would not open. We also discovered some of the items below: blinds broken in different rooms, mold in showers, shower heads with little to no pressure, leaking faucets, gas grill top completely broken, trash scattered out by the fire pit, pictures frames in the movie theatre broken, pool balls missing, pool sticks with no tips, dirty dishes, and other misc. items. The movie theatre room has numerous leaks and a couple of drywall patches but looks like their photo on the site are from when it was first done probably several years ago. I would suggest making a list of what is broken and letting Melinda and Shannon know so you don't get backcharge for it. Melinda and Shannon were great at answering and responding to everything promptly. The jacuzzi is great and the view is ok but it's nothing spectacular. again, the pictures on the site must be edited. Overall nice place but needs some more attention.

This cabin is a beautiful getaway that isn’t actually too far away!! Perfectly fit 14 people with space for extra. An easy drive to the island at pigeon forge or even Gatlinburg. The only con would be it wasn’t very clean… floors a little sticky, pots/pans didn’t seem to be properly cleaned, and counters didn’t seem cleaned at all. Nothing a little extra TLC can’t fix!
