Clean, comfortable and close to everything.

Located less that a 5 minute walk from Bourbon and Canal. The place was nice, well decorated, and comfortable. Everyone seemed to enjoy the quality of the beds as well. One of the best mattresses we have had in a rental property. You do get a little of that smoke from the cigar bar next door but it’s nothing too bad. We have no smokers in the group and no one seemed to mind. Really enjoyed the stay and the property. Only other feedback I would have is we would have liked some more clear checkout instructions. We did our best to make sure it was reasonably clean but we’re kind of guessing. However, I have not heard of any issues from the property management so not a huge deal. We were also told it wouldn’t be an issue to check in a little early but when we arrived we were informed that the guests ahead of us unexpectedly extended their trip and we had to wait. This is completely understandable but a heads up would have been nice. I will say they did clean quickly and get us in a little earlier than the 4:00pm checkin still so that was very nice. A secure place to leave our bags while we waited would have been a nice amenity though.

Awesome apartment in the heart of the French Quarters. Close walk to many restaurants and shopping. The property manager was available to answer all questions.. we look forward to staying here again.

The property description is accurate and it met my needs. The check in process was frustrating as I was pulling into New Orleans and hadn’t received anything. Once I was able to reach someone and finally found parking, the stay was enjoyable. The condo was modern, spacious, and came with everything we needed during the stay. There was a glitch with the upstairs HVAC unit and the property manager quickly responded. My only other issue was the wifi - it only worked in the living room/ kitchen area. I couldn’t find the router to try to reset it and this was my only question that went unanswered. I would definitely stay again (barring wifi issue is resolved)

This place was incredible - very well put together. It has a gorgeous kitchen, living space, and the bedrooms are all lovely. There was an air mattress so we slept 7 comfortably (2 per room, 1 on air mattress). The location could not have been more ideal - 5-10 minute walk from almost everywhere we wanted to go in the French Quarter. The one challenging aspect was communication around check-in / check-out - I didn't receive any instructions, so it was a bit stressful to figure out how to access the unit. I ended up calling upon arrival and they helped us in just fine. Overall this place couldn't have been nicer - I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
