When we got to the property the floors hadn't been swept, vacuumed or moped. The dish washer was full of clean dishes. There was a note that said, sorry there is pool towels in the dryer still. Also, the walls and shelfs are really dirty and marked up. I think it is flat paint, which is hard to clean, but it does give a vibe that the house isn't very clean. My sister immediately swept, vacuumed, moped, and put away the dishes. Later when I arrived, I reached out to let them know how the property was when we arrived and they asked if they should send the cleaners back, but at that point it was already cleaned. That night we realized there was only 15 bath towels in the whole place. They charged us extra money for any people we had over 12. This charge was to cover the extra cleaning and laundry they have to do for big parties. We paid for 4 extra people and we didn't even have enough clean towels. We later found bags and bags of dirty towels/linens in cupboards and the garage so we started some loads so we could all have a towel. It feels like we got played, for the extra person charge because we did the extra work. There wasn't much in the kitchen to use for cooking. There actually wasn't even enough silverware for our whole family to use at one time. We had to wash forks and spoons during the same meal so everyone could eat. We ended up buying plasticware because it was annoying. The listing says it sleeps up to 20. This is not true! I don't see how you could fit more then the 16 we had. Plus, not enough, linens, towel, pillows, etc for that many. It said on the listing that two of the rooms had a queen bed and a futon. There was only one room with a "futon" (which is actually not a futon, it is just a small couch). The property did end up working for our family after all that. The pool is beautiful. It was clean and the kids loved it. It is a big spacious house, in a good area.

Terrific property, very spacious and comfortable. Host was very responsive. We will definitely be back.

We loved the home for our group!! Super great furniture and community spaces to hang out. I will say there is not a lot of kitchen supplies (I.e. a set of basics which required us to run the dish washer a good bit to have clean silverware and plates). Overall loved the property would stay again!

I spent the weekend here with four girlfriends and we lived our best lives at this beautiful Arcadia farmhouse. Every room in the home is spacious, comfortable, and so well designed. None of us wanted to leave on Sunday! We spent the weekend swimming, sitting on the back patio enjoying the rain, putting together a Golden Girls puzzle on the dining room table, watching movies on the most comfortable couch in the living room, and even arranged for our favorite aesthetician to pamper us with mini facials on Saturday afternoon. She set up the massage table in the large room in between the three guest bedrooms and it was as relaxing as any spa. Everything was perfect and Lance was an amazing host. Check out was super easy and we will definitely be staying here again!

Great house for a friends trip. Very fun back yard and pool area!

We had a great family stay here, it was central to everything, we had food/grocery delivery very easy, the owner was very responsive and accommodating. The layout was perfect and had everything we needed.

The place is beautiful and spotless upon arrival. Great location close to most of the area with a car. Beautiful yard and pool with a soft grass backyard. Plenty of room for a lot of people. Nothing but positive things to say! Thanks also to a Lance for being so responsive!
