We stayed here with our adult children and 1 YO grandchild. House is cute and very well decorated.. it did have 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 1 bedroom upstairs with full bath. Steep stairs to go up there. First floor bedroom is very tiny with a pull out trundle bed and full bath which is right off the dining room and living room. And half bath is right near dining room table area. Hard for privacy going to the bathroom… 2 additional bedrooms in basement. No bathroom down there. Again steep stairs to basement The bathroom situation is a bit difficult because if you stay downstairs and need to shower you have to use the bathrooms in people bedrooms. Beds were a 7 out of 10 feels Like foam temperpedic. Driveway Is very narrow and steep. Down stairs bedroom had some sort of leak where the teepee is located with large stuffed animal. Cute fenced in back yard with farmhouse lighting The property is very close located to the airport which is super convenient. Recommendations to the owners is try to put some sort of counter spaces in the bathrooms. It is inconvenient especially if you are staying in the downstairs to get ready you have no where to put and use toiletries. Clean vents in bedrooms very dusty. And maybe a keurig machine. The host was quick to respond to any concerns.

We came to town for an event at the Washington Pavilion and the location was amazing. Great space and great interior design.

Super cute place! Our family stayed for a sport tournament and it was perfect for cooking sleeping and hanging out between events. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We were in Sioux Falls for several weeks for business and vacation. The house was well set up for both hosting visiting family and for working remotely. While there is no designated office space, we made use of the large dining room table. The internet was very fast. I needed to fly home for an emergency and the airport is conveniently just up the street. We enjoyed being able to walk downtown and the historic houses in the neighborhood. The house is comfortable, up to date and very clean. The parking lot that is next to the house makes parking and loading easy. Emma was super nice and responsive to all our questions.

Backyard needed to be mowed and the weeds were very large and out of control. Cute house though and great host!
