Great location and size, facilities good. Good parking space. Clean, lovely powerful shower. Beds comfy enough.
No tea,coffee or sugar supplied which is annoying. Batteries low in the control so made it hard to use the TV fire stick and normal TV Signal not the greatest but could be weather related. Needs a good dusting!

Clean and pretty well equipped.
Parking outside, safe area.
A lot more relaxing than staying in a local hotel and much quieter given the races were on.
Good value for money.
Emily very helpful.
Its minor, but could have done with a tea towel to dry the dishes.

Property is in a lovely quiet street just a short drive away from the beautiful town of Chester. The house is presented lovely and we really enjoyed our 2 night stay here.

Immaculate and well set out. Excellent bathroom, and very good kitchen and bedrooms. Good size TV.
Out of the way a bit re shops etc. No Freesat or Freeview, making a change of channels slow and irritating.

The house was situated so near all the attraction we needed to do while there. 20 mins to Chester, Chester Zoo 20 mins away etc.
My grandkids and I had a great stay.
Clean, well presented and spacious.
Very well decorated.
So comfy the beds and slept 😴 💤 so well.
I had great communication with the host Emily,
There was a couple of issues, but Emily kept me well informed b4 my stay and during.

the wifi was not functioning during my stay and it was not rectified till we left but Emily gave other alternatives
