We really liked the comfy bed, really nice shower (and shower gel!), fully stocked kitchen and excellent location although I think perhaps longer than 10 mins away from the harbour!

There was a mixup with our booking and the owners told us we were in the downstairs apartment. We sadly had to disturb the person who was staying there long-term as we didn’t know what was happening. The owners were uncontactable, and even once we realised we were actually in the apartment upstairs, they didn’t call, message or text to apologise for the inconvenience, stress, or mistake. We also could have done with better instructions on the heating i.e that it is controlled by the little dial in the kitchen as opposed to the dial in the hallway which we struggled to control meaning we were cold on the 1st night!

Very clean and neat property.All amenities present.Unbelievable that they had a small but luxury treat for our pet dog.Oh my God,that was touching and reminded me that the owners had an eye for detail 👏 An issue with the bathroom sink was sorted in a jiffy 👍 Cute narrow lanes around the property,typically Devonish.

Keys are kept in a lock box outside. Easy and convenient . Close to town and a good base for heading to surrounding areas - Paignton, Torquay, Dartmouth. Great selection of places to eat, would recommend the jade palace if looking for a Chinese.

warm, clean, tidy and compact, communication with owners was exceptional and they were really helpful. off street parking was a real bonus in a place like Brixham too where any parking is at a premium.

property was very clean, nicely decorated bright and fresh. In a very peaceful area, would compare to any of the top hotels.

I was messing not to like about this property.
