The host and his mega friendly dog were lovely company. The apartment is located in a nice residential neighborhood. There are supermarkets, cafes and good restaurants nearby. Recommended!

Mr Nicolas was a great host. The facilities are superbly clean and impeccably looked after and this is something which is immediately visible when walking into the guest house and its rooms. The WiFi was very good and always quite strong with a bandwidth of at least 45 Mbs for both download and upload. Parking is readily available in front of the guest house. Many conveniences are within very easy reach either by foot or car. Added bonus: expect to fall in love at first sight with charming and darling Lana!

We spent a great week at Nicolas' Guesthouse. He was very helpful and his dog and cats were adorable.

Very friendly host, willing to spend time with his guests and show them around (thank you!). The place is perfect for a short stay, around 40 min walk to the city center, close to the lake. Bus stops, also intercity, are close by. A nice patio with table and chairs, efficient air conditioning. A friendly dog and few cats live in the apartment.

Nicolas is an extremely kind & helpful host. I thought it was impossible to be friendlier than he was - but his dog managed it!

There was nothing I didn't like. However travellers should be aware that (a) the place isn't really within walking distance of the centre/the seafront, obviously that's no problem if you have a car, if you haven't like me use the frequent and cheap (€1.50) bus service which takes about 15 minutes, and (b) this is not a guest house in the traditional sense, you share the house with Nicolas, however my bathroom was private and he said I could use the kitchen when I wanted.

A very pleasant welcome and perfect communication, we had a pleasant stay in good company! You can ask for information, he will always be there to answer you and has even helped us on several occasions! The room and the accommodation was very clean and the location and very quiet and in a great location! I highly recommend 👍

Nicolas speaks excellent English and his knowledge of Cyprus is very good and he is more than willing to share tips where to go, what to see. So if you are looking for a chance to stay with a local host in a Cypriot home this is a good option for a reasonable price.

Location: far away from the city centre and the beach, this was not an issue because I knew it and I had a car. But near the accommodation walking distance practically there' s nothing; no bar, no restaurant, no bakery, there is a smaller supermarket, but they don't have any kind of fresh bread. The first day, before I pick up the car, I went on foot in the supermarket, when I was returning Nicholas saw me and gave me a lift to the bakery, thanks for that, it was very kind. Rooms: it was unusual that in the closet were the owner's items, so we couldn't used them. I smelled mold and cigarettes. We couldn't use the air conditioning, because the air flow went directly on the beds, so we slept very bad, it was hot and the matress to soft. The shits and towels were clean, overall the room and the bathroom were clean, I found the shower not so clean. I rented a room in this guesthouse mainly because it has the airport transfer option and is near the airport. We had a very late night flight arrival. OK, I knew that I had to pay 20 Eur, but during my stay in Cyprus I realized that is the same price I would paid for a taxi to Larnaca city center. At the end of our vacation, we stayed in an apartment that was a few minutes walk from the beach and the main promenade (Finikoudes) and the owner take us to the airport at 2:00 a.m. for free. From the Booking.com description I didn't understand and obviously I read superficially the comments, but only when we arrived I found out that our room with private bathroom is in the owner's house.

Great stay,Nicolas is very gentle and very helpful. I upgraded my room for 3 euros and the it was very clean, the bed sheets smell nice and fresh. The place is not far from the airport or the sea. Actually, a great value of money spent and will definitely try it again just to meet Nicolas again :)
