Nothing, they said that there were apartments when we went there door, a roach motel

It had the worst smell in cockroaches, and it was the dirtiest motel we ever stayed in

I like the fact that we spent days trying to clean the drains to get rid of the putrid smell . And all the extra costs to stay there, for instance the double deposit, $50 refuse fee. another $250 pet rent, $25 deposit insurance. Total was $3400 for two and half weeks

I am sorry but we decided to leave and get another temporary place to live. It was quite burdensome to stay there. The smell of the place inside is really bad. The 4am fire drill that keeps me up that ruins day the next day. The people out in the parking lot roaming around was very scary. We left there and really do not want to look back or even try to remember the experience. We are better off here in scottsdale and should have gone with this in the beginning place.Staff and their sarcasm I really can do without, the landscaper that keeps banging his leaf blower into my truck. Please, I don't want to discuss this any longer. I want to forget and move on.

No breakfast included, however there is a breakfast spot in the same lot as well as lots of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and good for the price.

Nothing I didn’t really like. As far as making the stay better for improvement sake maybe some complimentary water and a cheap toothbrush possibly for convenience. Just being picky. The stay was good.

They are scammers don't stay here they take ur money I had to get a lawyer in the process of suing them

Not sure if enough room to list. We left next morning. Locks & doors malfunction (bldg & room). No comforter just thin blanket, no heat, no hangers, missing lightbulbs, holes in the wash cloths, leaking sink onto counter, duct-taped sink pipes below, shower rod broken, barking dogs, slamming doors, rude neighbors, hard to plug in phone behind mattress (crushed cord, had to put both on far side table) hard bed, smelled weird, no guest info book or placard etc, had to contact host for WiFi password, hard to figure out who to talk to about what (host vs Booking vs onsite) host very responsive until we had issues & wanted to leave, couldn't reach them for awhile. However, eventually they were helpful & agreeable to letting us out of the agreement as far as they were concerned, but Booking handles the money & they were less cooperative. TERRIBLE experience overall. 👎Go to the DoubleTree, SO much better! Will never go here again & won't use booking anymore. Not helpful. So mad. Spent half our vacation trying to get out of reservation, trying to find new place, sending photo evidence, arguing back & forth on email & phone, finally gave up & dealt with it all after home. Nightmare! We try not to be negative or complain, but this was ridiculous! We felt it was a bait & switch. Pics were same place, but spiffed up to look more cozy & didn't show all the broken things etc. Misleading. Extremely disappointing. (Photos included)

overpriced nothing inside the rooms TVs didn’t work

The main concern is:1st no hair dryer, 2rd bathroom need better light, too dark inside.

we loved there was a pool , loved the location easy to get food and such and close to the wedding venue .

the place was extremely dirty . i took over 40 photos i sent a email to management , messaged and asked if my email was received and was not confirmed .
