Everyone was very helpful. The room was clean. Communication witht the facility was easy.

Nothing at all.

Everything. The room was not swept nor mopped, hair and crumbs everywhere. Room had bad odor. AC filter was leaking, there were roaches in bathroom, only one functional remote. Very disappointing
