Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Some switches weren't working in the rooms. Also the rooms were a bit smelly.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It was a very quiet place despite being along a busy road, which allowed us to have a very peaceful sleep. All the rooms had ACs and the washrooms were very neat. There is a also a fridge and a spacious kitchen with a sink so there is no dearth of space. The hotel is located at a prime location on the ECR with a lot of eateries around and Neelangarai Beach is very near. The beds were cozy, the sheets were clean and there were so many lighting options. When we realised around 1am that one of the ACs stopped working, the staff immediately acted on it and got an electrician from somewhere at that hour! They even offered us an alternative suite (which we didn't need). The staff was willing to accommodate us at an odd hour too, which is the most hospitable treatment I have ever received. I would definitely like to stay here again whenever given a chance.

Nothing. Everything was great! If they could have morning tea as room service, that would be an icing on the cake.

The Location of the Hotel is very good. Being on the ECR road, It has very good access to the beaches of Chennai. Quite close to the IT Hub if Chennai and the Rajiv Gandhi IT Expressway. The Hotel and its facilities were superb. Very secured Parking, Clean Rooms and Washrooms, No disturbances.

It doesn't have a restaurant. This was the only thing which I disliked about this Hotel. Other than this everything was close to perfection.

Excellent and clean rooms

The bed and pillows provided were amazing. Nice spacious area. Plenty of table top space/options. Toiletries pack provided including Tooth brush, shower cap, shampoo and two soaps. The location is amazing as right on the main road. Lots of good eat outs and shops nearby. The Double Roti diner is a good option for dining. 30 - 45 min distance from the airport depending on time of the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful and also arranged a bus ticket for me to and fro Velankanni in between my stay.

No food in the hotel but saying that very very good food out side nearby nothing as to fault. GOD BLESS the staff 👍👍
