The location is Very good near Masjed Nabvi PBU.The staff was responsive and helpful.Break fast and cleanliness was remarable.Wifi was strong enough

Location to Masjid, clean bathroom.

Room carpet was dirty and old, walls were dirty and need rework. The bedframe was placed in front of a window which unfortunately let light through during the night (flickering light from other buildings) and overday.

Location, breakfast and service of lady manager, restaurant manger and concierge people. Not everyone though as the reception manager was not welcoming.

Our first room was small for $422 Australian dollars, after complaining a few times they were able to move us into a bigger room. Lucky I had made two bookings. They should have put us in that size room from the beginning. When I spoke to other guests they paid almost half of what I paid, need to be more fair in prices and more consistent, charge people the same standard rates.

Thank you for making our stay so special. Everything was so great - from the very warm welcome till the farewell. All staff was so helpful and kind. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. We are very happy with the room service- they cleaned the room everyday. Special thanks to Siddik for giving us great service.

The place was in a perfect location, the concierge were very friendly and helped me with following up my plan to visit Uhud the following day. The room itself was clean and it was very comfortable.

The location is perfect, especially for men. Women the prayer area is further back of the masjid so it takes about 15 mins to walk there, you’re walking within the masjid grounds to get there but say if it’s full you could be walking for about 20 minutes further back until you see a free space. Men’s area is literally right infront so if you have anyone with any health issues that can’t walk that far for men it’s ideal like us. The lifts to rooms are super prompt no waiting around after a long period of walking! The AC is perfect, beds comfy and breakfast is amazing. Highlight of the hotel I think, really did serve breakfast quite well! Staff are very nice and always greet you with a smile.

Checking in was a process. One person on the desk another one was there but not really doing anything to check in, waited for around 15-20 minutes, no greeting or anything wondered if I was standing in the right lane because it said elaf first in the line. Especially after travelling from Makkah the last thing you want is to wait around. During our stay there was an alarm that they said was a test? That kept beeping on some occasions. Like a fire alarm. When you’re waking up to pray so early you don’t want an alarm waking you up several times. I called reception twice, first occasion no one picked up, second one I asked what was going on it’s disturbing my sleep and I’d been told it was a test, it won’t happen again. The room doors had a gap underneath - making the sound from the corridors audible. The rooms are in need of some modernisation and the bathroom. The toilets are slightly odd fitting which is a strange thing to say but water would always spill out when using the bidet because there’s no room. So in need of some modernisation. Checking out was a hassle. I tried to call reception thrice to take our luggage down for a taxi due in the hour and the phone kept ringing for around 3-4 minutes no answer. I called concierge and no answer. I went down to concierge and the nice man said he would come up. He never came. I called reception again and they sent someone up.

Belle vue sur al masjid, chambre spacieuse, propre, à proximité de la mosqué. Buffet libre riche et varié. personnel hors pair qui facilite le séjour et qui est particulièrement à l'écoute du client. La prochaine fois à coup sûr ça sera Elaf al taqwa.

قربه من المسجد النبوي وضيافة القهوة العربية والمكان جميل بما تعنيه الكلمة والاستقبال كان رائع بجميع موظفيه والفطور كان منوع ولذيذ وموظفين المطعم كانوا رائعين والغرف مريحة وخدمة الشنط وخدمة الغرف خاصة موظف جاني اليوم الساعة 2 الظهر لا اذكر اسمه كان تعامله ممتاز وان شاء الله لنا رجعه له بإذن الله

مبلغ الحجز كان عالي اتمنى وضع خصم خاص لعملاء بوكينق وقت الدخول كان الساعة 4 العصر ووقت الخروج كان الساعة 2 الظهر اتمنى تعديل الدخول من الساعة 12 الظهر الخروج الساعة 6 المساء

Rooms while nice do seem ever so slightly dated

The food was acceptable, and the concierge staff was a big help as well

The recipient staff were very bad unfortunately hotel management should consider people skills training. room walls were paper thin you can hear everything.It is not a great place for elderly people, especially women location wise and lack of wheel chairs.

موقع الفندق جدا رائع وطاقم العمل متعاون وبشوش جدا فقط سرعة تلبية الاحتياجات واقترح اضافة سوفا بيد في الغرف

المكان نظيف الخدمه ممتازه تعامل الموظفات الموظفين فوق الخيال الله يرزقهم يسعدهم يوفقهم تعبت الوالده كانوا مساعدين لي طلبوا لي الاسعاف من غير الاهتمام بالوالده لحد ما سوينا خروج ذوق قمه بالروعه انصح الكل فيه لان موفرين كل شى يحتاجه الشخص الاكل عندهم نظيف لذيذ الله يعطيهم العافية ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️كانت اجمل يومين
