I love having our own hot tub in our apartment and a pool right out back I love that we didn’t have far to travel to beach and all the things to do in San Juan my host was amazing and he also helped us with whatever we needed whenever we needed advice or even a car he rented to I am absolutely going back and I’ll rent from this host again he has other apartments on property that accommodate larger families too another great thing about the host so yes I enjoyed everything about my trip hot tub pool both private air hokey other games was there too just a great place all together even a decent size cooking area

I could live without the roasters lol but they are amazing to I don’t get to experience them where I’m from in New Jersey only on farms

This property scams people I booked a trip with them nonrefundable and my flight was canceled the first day the second day I let them know I was coming in and they said OK my unit was ready then when I landed at the airport, they sent me a text message to my personal phone number, saying that the property had no lights and no water they offered me a refund which I have copies of the text messages from them, which is the same telephone number that they use here on Booking.com. They left me stranded in Puerto Rico and then refused to give me my money back after I had to purchase a new hotel room because of their situation.

I never seen the property because they told me that the property had no water and no lights causing me to have to purchase a new hotel room and then they would not refund me my money

That on the ad it says you have access to the swimming pool it means you have access to the swimming pool if the other people are not in it because it’s very small and with three people in it it’s full and I thought it was private for me, but that’s not the case you have to share with everyone

I liked everything about the property, but the most I liked was that the owner was very attentive to our need’s. He called me to make sure everything was okay and if I needed anything he said to let him know. The property was very clean it actually felt like at home.

This place is not made for family, it is uncomfortable to be with children there. We arrived and there was no parking space available. I parked the car in front of the entrance stairs and the car was partly outside on the street. You could hear all the noise that the other guests upstairs had, with loud music at the pool. when we opened the blinds we realized that there were no mosquito nets. The front door had an open space between the floor and the door. this place did not have good light / lighting. The ceiling fans in poor condition. there were almost no connectors. The place was not clean and there were cockroaches walking everywhere. We didn't feel very comfortable so we stayed one night and we had to get out of this place.

Inspired on scarface, the place is not good for little kids. It had a Portable Bathtub in the middle of bedroom, with water. Of course, my 2 years old daughter was very interested on it. Close to the bed there were some exposed electrical cabes, the same under the sink. A random statue and a mirror on the ground was other no safe thing. The place is more like a garage adapted to a bedroom. The front door is made of a type of glass, so all the light from the street goes inside at night. The same about bathroom - if someone goes there at night, all the light will go to the bedroom. Other bad thing was it was announced accepting credit card, but there, the owner said he didnt accept. He said apps like paypal doest work in Puerto Rico. Of course it is not true, because it works in all the wolrd, it can be just something he doesnt know, but it was not honest to say something online but other in person. He had to go out to find cash to pay him. It doest look like an official business, but he asked for tax too.

The pool was amazing & clean , the owner was very helpful! Don’t know much English but he was very helpful.

I didn’t like how nobody could find the address, it had a bunch of nasty cats and animals and poop outside , their was cockroaches in the place and I saw a few regular roaches as well .
