Front desk was no help with either the delay for check in or parking. They offer parking and it’s on a first come basis. When their limited slots are full You’re out of luck. Security lock for room did not work. I will mention room was adequate and clean

Location to the beach was amazing! Parking is rough and we had to check in at a partnering hotel up the block. That would’ve been good to know ahead of time. But our room was great!

Parking was horrible. Service was inconvenient because we had to go get clean towels at a different location (a block away). Bathroom fan was not working nor can you open the window to let moisture out.

We wanted a convenient and comfortable hotel that gave immediate access to the Mission & Pacific beach walking path, and this place definitely delivered. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked almost too well, and the shower was very good. Parking is NOT easy (but that should be expected in a tourist heavy beach area), and you'd need to move up a $100 price tier if you want a private parking garage experience. This hotel is owned by a property management group that has a couple other properties within a 3 block radius, so when we were inevitably unable to find parking by this hotel, the very friendly front desk person directed us down the street to another of their properties where I was able to park and walk right back. Eat breakfast at Kono's Cafe!

No designated parking, a parking pass was provided but its first come first serve. Check in was at a different property a 1/2 block away. Overall was a good stay.

Loved that the property was minutes away from restaurants, shopping and ocean views. Definitely would stay again.

Property was very clean along with the room. Restaurants, grocery store, beach rentals like chairs umbrellas surf boards and boogie boards. We got in super early. They didnt have a room available but did let us put our bags behind the counter with them. Then they did have a room a couple hours earlier then check in time. Beach is right outside the door. We did have to check in at their other office that is around the corner but not a big deal. Great place and would stay there again.

The location is amazing. The room was decent. The only thing I didn’t like is you have to walk to another hotel to check in but the staff was very friendly. Would stay again

Have stayed here quite a few times and the staff is always great! Location is perfect, close enough to walk everywhere, and out of the heavy noise area.

You have to check in a block or two away. If your key suddenly stops working and you’re handicapped, good luck. This happened 2x. Went to shower and water started backing up into the tub. We’ve stayed here before and it was ok. This time not so much

Absolutely beautiful! We were upgraded to a suite, which is more like a beautiful apartment near the ocean! Walking distance of bars and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The property itself had a good location and was in very good condition. I will, however, make a suggestion the management. This was probably the single most inconvenient and unprofessional intake process I’ve ever experienced and I travel a ton. The property does not have parking you have to park on the street which I was aware of. However, after walking 3/4 of a mile dragging my bags down the sidewalk to the hotel, I was welcome to sign on the door telling me that I need to sign in at another one of their properties another four minutes away. I also found out when I got to the check-in office that you can park at their other properties with a permit. The problem is none of this is communicated to the traveler so I wanted to , walking for nearly 30 minutes just to get in my room. A little more attention needs to be put into the customer experience. This is not the kind of experience anyone wants to have. The second comments the management is there was no heat in the room I have never been. The blankets were very thin and I froze and could barely sleep.

Great location. Right on beach but quiet. Close to bars and restaurants. Only downside was having to check in at sisters property, but not a big deal.
