Lobby was musty and staff was dresses as if at home. It was not very welcoming

Was under construction and was not informed about that. Had paint peeling off of the ceiling in the shower, couldn't open the blinds, safe was laying on the floor and not usable. When we arrived we had to kill the Flys in our room and also only one very small waste basket for the room. Very dissatisfied!!

The hotel was dirty looking and was not clean. It looked like it had a lot of previous damage. The pool was broken. The air conditioner did not work and it would switch back to heat. The bathroom was dirty and disgusting. The staff were not friendly.

Very nice just terribly outdated. No where to charge our phones or tablets. Nothing much left on the breakfast bar at 8:00 and we thought it was supposed to last till 9:00.We asked for more cups when convenient for them. Never got any. Personal very friendly.

The manager did say that they were in the process of updating much of the hotel so that may account for why a lot of amenities weren't up to par. The carpeting looked relatively new throughout the hotel. The little dining area was dreary with a limited supply of breakfast food. The room itself was not as clean as I would have liked. The night table had a sticky ring that the cleaner missed. The beds had attractive coverlets but the bed itself had a dip on the right side and the frame of that bed stuck out so I kept hitting my shin on it. The bathtub had no kind of slip prevention skids and was slick. I had to ask for a do not disturb sign to put on the door because none of the rooms looked like they had them. There was no rack to put your suitcase on. The safe didn't work nor the room phone. The tiny swimming pool was closed and did not look inviting. The area itself had multiple restaurants and shopping.

hotel was UNACCEPTABLE… Torn carpet, holes in walls, weeds everywhere, smelled gross, pool broken, bathroom was GROSS…… amongst other things like random dirty holiday decorations everywhere… yuck.

the room had paint peeling from the walls, the carpet was worn and gross, the shower had rust and broken tiles and paint chipping off. the bed was hard and uncomfortable the sheets had stains from makeup on it ( i hope) and the windows didn't open for fresh air. will never stay in this location again.

The motel was in terrible shape. It was being renovated by the new franchise, but the old room we were in was old and disappointing. I wouldn't stay there again. It wasn't worth the price.

I realize the breakfast is free, but the selection of items was slim. And the coffee was horrible- they had to use napkins as filters. Otherwise the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Things wrong or did not work: Mini fridge, blinds hanging off window, internet, pool closed, laundry closed, bathtub clogged and didn't drain at all.. Breakfast not stocked-no coffee, juice or fruit. Waffle iron broken. Property in poor condition. No 3rd shift staff to assist.

Staff members are very nice.check in was easy. They just recently changed ownership.room was clean and bathroom was ok there was a hamm’s beer can in trash can. The fridge was unplugged so we plugged it in and it didn’t work and so we asked for another one and they brought it up in timely manner.people were letting doors slam shut until 2:30a.m. And someone walking the hallway bleching loudly all the time.this was a Saturday night.

Basically a place to lay your head passing through. No perks! Pool appears to be permanently closed. Breakfast was minimal. Short on staff !

Waited at front desk for 20 minutes before being waited on. Asked to see room prior to checking in because two people came to front desk asking for towels and were told there were none. Went to room and comforter had a big stain on it as did 2 pillows. Was taken to another room that was just as bad and had no towels. Area beside bed hasn’t been vacuumed in months. Asked for refund and left. Very disgusting hotel.

The rooms had holes in the wall, a broken bathroom, no internet, not enough lighting, broken lock on door and back entrance door did not need a key fob to open, juice machine broken for morning breakfast. Property needs major renovations and care.

There was no one at the front desk. The phone didn't work. There were no towels. The whole place smelled of smoke and weed

Their wifi was not working, pool was closed, no kleenex in room, only had 1 washcloth, phone didn't work, smelled weed in the hallways, washer/dryer out of order, not much left for breakfast 1/2 hour after it started - but 3 employees were sitting down with very full plates & one said "early bird catches the worm!" Used to be a Quality Inn. Do not stay here!!

It said the room was 56$ and they charged me 72$, y?

Nothing special or unique. There was absolutely nothing in the rooms as a phone, no trash bins the one trash bin that was there was dirty and full of food. It was just not a good experience at all.

It’s very dated. Not very comfortable. Loud. You can easily hear other guests. They had decorations from every holiday up at the front desk and it just looks messy. Just pulling up you will see it’s not kept well, the curtains hang all broken and it needs tending too. The housekeeping was being lectured when I walked in to check in and they saw me waiting but didn’t ask if I needed help. So I left and waited to come back and check in. Luckily the snow storm was coming so I decided to leave the hotel early. Pool was broken as was the vending machines. It’s in a perfect spot but it’s not a good place to stay. I was there for work. If you want a cheap spot that’s walking distance from shopping and food it’s ok. I won’t be back.

Very poor and dirty Rooms

We had people talking/standing outside our door from midnight until we checked out. A woman screaming at 4 am for someone to go away. A lady of the night in the elevator. And the pool was closed.

It seems that this hotel was newly acquired from another hotel owner who didn't take care of the place. This hotel should not be open until a lot of repairs are done. We registered for a suite with a king bed and another room with two full beds. We were contacted to say that they didn't have that room available at the time because it wasn't ready. So we accepted a room with two doubles at a lower price. They didn't have any rooms with two queens. The first room smelled like smoke, though it was supposed to be smoke-free. They moved us down the hall, but this room smelled foul and we discovered half-eaten pizza under the bed. The third room was across from the office on the first floor. This one was acceptable for smell, but we did find some water bottles under the bed. As we were trying to fall asleep, we could hear the conversations coming from the office and as people passed by the door. It wasn't very soundproof. On top of all of that, the trash bags that were collected from cleaning the rooms were just left at the end of the hall by the stairs. I don't know why they weren't thrown in the dumpsters. And the side entrance didn't even have a latch on the door. You could just pull it open. There was no breakfast service and the vending machines were all empty. We did get a signed note from the manager saying that we were entitled to 50% off of our next stay because of all of our troubles, but it was all handwritten. I did get a good night's sleep, regardless.

Tv didn't work, no breakfast other then what was left over from yesterday, no internet, pool was closed, laundry was closed.

No tv or internet. The pool was closed. A big dog that I couldn't go in the hallways or walk around barking all morning.

Room was not clean. Floor in the bathroom was dirty. When I pulled the shower curtain closed, a used washcloth fell from the rod. Vending machines were empty. Pool and public washer/dreyr were both "closed until further notice" The whole building appeared to be in a state of disrepair.

They are working to upgrade the facility, so be patient improvement from 2 yrs ago
