The hotel had arranged a corner room for me as a diamond member, and then upon arrival they said it was not available and that they could put me in my previously booked book. Disappointed, I relented. When I got to my room it was not the room I had previously booked (a king bed), it was a 2 bed room. I later found out they oversold the hotel and my colleagues who had later flights were turned away, despite having reservations. The bed was very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in the mattress as it sank. The breakfast is decent and the location is nice. It does seem to cater to families who want to use the indoor pool, despite being located in SSF where business travelers will often book.

We had to call the hotel manager because the room had no heat and when we got a portable heater the electricity went out 3 times we finally changed rooms.

Overall stay was okay. The elevator was confusing, we weren’t sure how to get to our room, the pool was crowded with a swim class and we asked for a heater but never received one. It was peaceful at night though and comfortable when we slept. Housekeeping was helpful and nice.

There are two Embassy Airport so buyer beware. I looked at one property and ended up at the other one. Room was clean but some hair was left in bathroom sink. Air didnt work properly the first night we had the patio open. The balcony is not really a balcony view is of otehr buildings. STAFF was very friendly. Its not close to the water at all for anything romantic

There was 2 big rental trucks (empty) parked in front of the entrance, it was blocking the cars from passing thru. I understand there was an event but why can't they move the trucks in the back after it they took eveything out.

Beautiful hotel. Comfy bed and rooms. Enjoyed our stay with the exception of $43 a night parking and we couldn’t keep the room cool enough. Thermostat was on 78 when we arrived (heat wave) and we couldn’t cool it down.

We stayed here for a two days. Overall, the hotel is great! Great view, nice area, nice rooms, but something was not very good. First, Hotel residents left a lot of garbage and dirty dishes in the corridors and no one cleaned it for two days. We were also given a key that didn't work and we were stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes, but after that we didn't change the key.
Near the hotel there is a wonderful trail, a clean pool, delicious food for breakfast. In general, we are very satisfied except for these things.

The front desk staff gentleman I met is very friendly , well trained who makes me feel very welcome by the hotel. The facility and the environment of the hotel is fantastic except the pool is right under repair.

Wasn’t notified that pool wasn’t working and that was the purpose of the trip. Fridge was hardly cold. & housekeeping came to open the door at 9am !!!!

when I checked in your manager was very disrespectful and curt..He didn't see my reservations right away so I handed him the reservations with notes where i had called direct letting the hotel know that we would not be there on Thursday, because we were caught in the problem with the plane electronic issue and spent 20 hours in the Salt Lake airport. He said he didn't need to see that because I had not written the person I talked to and that I was a very nasty person.

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed with kiddos and the room that is a suite was SO comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was awesome and included fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, scrambled eggs, pancakes, pastries, juices, coffee etc, and also an omelette station which was very good. Staff was prompt in bringing us extra pillows and bedding when I asked. The room was clean and well stocked with towels. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel they use are good quality and smell nice. The only downside was the pool was broken when we stayed, which was a bummer because we were really looking forward to using the indoor pool. They said the heater was broken and they just got the parts to fix it. However because of that they waived the parking fee which is normally $39, so that was good. The gym is small and most of the machines are dated, that’s the only improvement I would recommend.

Nice view from 10th floor, clean room, staff was very friendly. Parking was a little difficult as GPS took me to back of lot and they were out of parking tickets. King size bed seemed small but its a standard not an eastern king.
