This was our second time staying here and love the hotel. There was a large party there and they blocked the main floor hallway and heavy smokers just outside the door.
Also our second time at Twigs. Great food but the service (again) was poor.

The place is good for the money. It probably needs updating with like carpets & furniture in the room. The pool & hot tub a plus. Breakfast is good enough with some hot food. Will stay here again in the future.

We were there for a Dr. Appt. Very comfortable room and good breakfast in the morning. It is nice to have an attached restaurant to enjoy dinner at. The shuttle is a wonderful addition

Stayed here for a visit to Mayo. Clean, quiet, easy in & out for parking with a shuttle service to Mayo every 15 minutes. Rooms were clean & quiet. The restaurant Twigs was wonderful. Good food & service. Nice menu offered. Breakfast available was adequate with nice selection/variety. Will definitely stay here again for future appointments at Mayo

Found it to on the dirty side and old. Plumbing in the bathroom clearly needs work. The toilet barely flushed and the shower barely drained.

I loved the property and staff. It was beautiful, the room was really nice. Staff gets an A for their attention to us and others. breakfast was Amazing also. We did not like the air conditioner not able to pause the fan without turning it off to sleep and I did not like the shower set up. The toilet was running all the time also. the only reason we were able to sleep that night is that we were exhausted from being up so early that day.

Excellent furniture. Only downside was request for bath towels and washcloths. Still would absolutely stay here again over any other properties.

Check in was nice and easy when we got to our room I realize I had booked the wrong room the front desk staff kindly changed it right away. However, when we got to the new room, it was filthy. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned there was hair on the floor and in the sink there was stuff all over the walls in the shower, and I actually found a necklace next to the bed so I’m not sure the room was actually cleaned at all.

I loved the breakfast and overrall the hotel was nice. However, the bathtub was dirty, the hot/cold water was reversed, the tub wasnt able to fill for a bath and the channels were extremely limited on the tv. 7/10

The rooms do not match the pictures shown online. The room was old, outdated, and damp. There was a definite musty smell probably coming from the wet carpet in front of the wall unit AC that was about 6 inches off the ground. The shower head showed signs of corrosion. The bathroom light makes a very loud sound the entire time it was on. The AC only cooled the living room while the bedroom remains hot and stuffy. Overall we were disappointed by our stay here and won't be booking with them again.

Our first room was a long stay room and the previous guests smoked in it. I am not picky, but it was bad. They apologized and gave us a new room with no hassle. It was pretty nice all around, but the best was the shuttle that you could ask to take you anywhere. Super convenient as downtown parking isn't great.

Have stayed at this hotel many times due to the ease of having a hotel in the lobby, the front desk staff, and the shuttle from the airport and to the Mayo Clinic.
During this stay, the staff at the front desk was rude during the day and although the description says they provide a shuttle to and from the airport, that is not the case. The only time you can get a shuttle is after noon which majority of the departing flights are done. I am not sure I will stay here again after this stay due to the negative interactions I had with the front desk staff.

Great place, glad our dog was welcome. Because of parade we had to park 6 blocks away as there were no parking spots until the evening. Otherwise staff were lovely, facility good.

Parking is okay. Definitely a bit outdated. They did have a restaurant on site. I would say if you’re in Rochester for a day or two probably find a hotel closer. The shuttle service is hit and miss. Plus they take trips to local places which is great for those using their extended stay option but not for those just having Mayo Clinic appointments.

I love that there is a free shuttle to the Mayo Clinic. Staff is very friendly and professional. Location was perfect.

The room was in a detached building which was not apparent to me when I reserved. Not so bad as it was warm, though rainy. But in bad weather this is important information. Room was okay, but very dated furniture. Old carpeting.
