Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very limited. Laundry was outside and couldn't find any detergent or a coin machine. Needs updated!

I had a great stay.. the clerk was friendly and very helpful... she told us about all the events happening nearby during our stay. The room was very comfortable. This facility actually had rooms for smoking.. very hard to find hotels that offer smoking and non-smoking. We didn't have to leave a deposit either which is unusual but helpful to know... thanks Hotels.com for our easy to plan trip .

We booked a handicap room for my mom, as she has a mobility scooter. The room had a significant lip between the bedroom and bathroom, and just a standard bathtub. My mom tripped on the lip and luckily didn't get hurt. She also couldn't get in the shower, so had to do without during our stay.

Great customer service and beautiful property! Really disappointed that the pool hours didn't open up until 10am, bc I wanted to get my breakfast and my bible and go enjoy my quiet time with the Lord down by the historic pool, and I couldn't bc it was closed, and then I had to check out.

Great location with very friendly staff. I understand it’s an older hotel but the bathroom was really dirty. I don’t like seeing hair from prior guests. Nice complimentary breakfast available. Pool was very kept and enjoyable. Overall pleasant stay.

Paid 2 weeks prior requested room by pool and was put by the pool floor but behind a brick wall anway from the pool. Also the rooms smelled very moldy and smoky. People smoking marijuana while I was in the pool

Location is good. Staff were super friendly and the pool was great. That bed though...soooo uncomfortable!!

I stayed here before, again the price was right. It is somewhat close to places to eat (3 blocks) walking. The only bad spot, I was up at 5 am, decided to shower, sadly there was no hot water, just cold, and not so cold. I had a very long drive, so didn't stay for breakfast.

When I first arrived to the room 217- the first thing I needed was a shower because I worked all day outside in the heat. When I got out of the shower- I was afraid of walking my foot on the floor so I use a towel so my foot doesn’t get dirty with the floor. After drying myself up- I noticed the towel was immediately dirty. The floor wasn’t mopped at all. I was quite disappointed because I had to use some of them towel to keep my foot clean. Other than that- the room is okay, not exactly Executive room because it seem like a standard room. Disappointed because I rented that room before and it was standard.

The rooms are always clean, sheets, towels, and overall cleanliness is always great!! We stayed one night, it was quiet and the TVs are a good size! Not a far Uber ride to downtown

This is a decent hotel on the outskirts of the Pensacola downtown area. The room was clean and the bed was comfy (thanks for the 6 pillows). The front desk staff was very friendly and recommended a good restaurant for dinner. Only reason it isn’t a 5 star is that it is an older property and the surroundings aren’t very asthetic.

Our original room had a hole in the bathtub. We were relocated to another room. This room had an odor and several lamp shades were missing as well as the toilet not functioning very well.

We were told this was a nonsmoking hotel- The clerks were right outside the front entrance smoking. the first room we were given smelled of nothing but cigarettes' smoke. not sure who cleaned the room and thought it was ready for another customer. it was not.. The area where the hotel is located has a lot of ragged looked people ( possibly druggies or homeless) making you feel slightly uncomfortable and not 100% safe. Would not stay again-

so, there was rarely pool towels, after a day at the beach we asked to have the bed sheets changed the next day and they were, but the floor was not swept, so we got a broom to do it. even though we did not ask for the room to be cleaned whenever I asked to exchange towels i was told the laundry was slow so we would have to wait except for one day. The breakfast had terrible selections for a diabetic and when my daughter went but forgot her card she was told there would be a charge but she was in her pajamas so I know they could tell she was a guest.People were smoking in the pool area and last but not least my granddaughter spilt water on the floor and when we wiped it up I wish I would have taken a picture of how dirty the floor was. For the amount of money we paid I was very dissappointed.

Our stay was excellent!!!
I reserved online. Two rooms. Coincidentally we had our rooms side by side, second floor and in front of the pool!!! Kids had a blast!!!! Pool area was super clean! Fresh towels every day. First floor had ice, snacks, and drinks available by the elevator. Second floor had the washers and dryers. We had issues with the internet connection with our tv and issue was resolved quickly. Breakfast was delicious! Overall we had an excellent experience!!! Thanks again for everything ❤️

It was very comfortable for 6 people. The swimming pool was nice for the kids. Wish they offered a hot breakfast buffet.

The room was filthy and staff was not acceptable. I would not stay again. Room was infested with mold from a/c unit. Photos taken for documentation. Would not reccomend.

It was very humid room with a musty smell. The wall A/C did not effectively remove high moisture and should be checked for defect. It was also a handicap room with very low and short bathroom counter, We booked a non handicap room. Floor should have been mopped before occupancy. I suggest inspection of any room before taking occupancy. There was a very nice pool and it was quite with good bedding. Good location.

We ended up not staying at the property and I have called Expedia to initiate a refund. We did not stay for the following:
- construction crew smoking marijuna outside our room
- room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke on entry
- general lack of safety (security guard was called to address the drug use on property
I'm hoping to recieve a call on my refund soon.
