Hotel is outdated and my mom got sick throwing up after eating their breakfast.

The smells of urine in the parking lot tells u a lot…The Redac hotel, this place is “trying hard” to modernize but still old and cheap they are masking the smell of old building buy putting cheap air freshener everywhere…about the noise, if u are in 2nd floor, u can hear the person above you walking…the 3.5 star hotel is deceiving, it should be one star..

I like how I have easy access to the freeway and shopping mall/restaurants nearby. I love that they have the bidet toilet. It’s not overwhelming getting in and out of the property. The downside that I’ve experienced was the noise coming from upstair. I could hear loud footsteps and movement late night and early morning. I couldn’t sleep much since I’m a light sleeper. I would stay here again but I would ask to stay on the 3rd floor.

The stay was good. Place clean. For the price it was a good place to stay, sleep, and shower. Beds comfortable. And happy I could open the window.

Great budget hotel. Good service. Breakfast was decent (Japanese and American) and is good in a pinch or rush. Upstairs floor little creaky and thin ceiling so could hear some walking, etc. Free parking was good addition and felt safe. Lots of things very close by in Torrance.

The only complaint was that the room was right off of Western, so we got to hear all the traffic all night. Kind of disturbing.

The hotel is an excellent location, close to all highways and 20-30 mins away from a number of tourist attractions. Our room and the hotel in general smelled and looked very clean. We enjoyed our 4 night stay and especially appreciated the free parking.

So after being annoyed with all the $300 options for budget hotels in LA with $50 parking, we took a chance on this place. VERY clean, new paint carpets & bathrooms (2024) . Exactly what I wanted as a nice place to sleep. Downsides: Ice machine out of order, round (vs oval) toilet, no glass wear in room. (All minor issues to me.). Upsides: Toto bidet seat; free parking, AC blows cold, very clean and new, firm modern foam mattress, huge mini-fridge.

It was an excellent stay! The room was very clean, laundry area was available on our floor so that was very convenient. Major plus was the Japanese bidet on the toilets!

Clean enough- did have a bug on my bed- small spider- no hangers in the room, small dorm style ironing board, bed was super hard. Breakfast not served on the weekends.

Honestly I was surprised at how clean it was inside. I genuinely felt safe although it is a older hotel, it just seems like someone else took it over and is trying to make it better. The room was very clean and IT HAD A BIDET! I haven’t been to any hotel in California with a bidet yet so that was very cool to me.

Great value for the price, location was great for what we needed as just 20 minutes away from the beach and 25 minutes from downtown LA. Beds where very comfortable as well as the size of the room.

Left my hair straightener in drawer - I called they said someone already checked in and housekeeping had not reported anything lost or found from that room …. Meaning they cleaned the room and never checked the drawer …. I waited for the guest to check out for them to call me and question me on the description of MY STRAIGHTNER that I left behind

Perfect for a quick last minute get-away without spending i sane prices on a room. My only complaint is that the ac units in the room are really loud and they produce a high pitched whining noise. The staff are extremely polite and friendly and they have japanese snacks in the gift shop.
