Hotel staff are eager to solve any problems you might encounter. Pet friendly for sure..easy access to the light rail.

Best place I ever stayed at at such a low price

The property was crawling with homeless and crackheads, very scary environment to be in, I guess that’s what cheap gets you. Staff was very nice. The pool is open to anyone including those not even staying there, very sketchy. The mattress had blood stains and black spots on it underneath the mattress cover. Very nice front desk lady.

In regards to location, this motel was perfect as our semi was parked across the street at Straighline Suspensions. The room itself was lacking in the clean department. The floors are very dirty, the refrigerator does not work, the clock does not work , 4 of the outlets were not able to hold the plugs . There is much needed repairs in the entire room. The bed was comfortable and the sheets did appear to be clean , however stain . After a close inspection, we did not see any bugs which made it easier to sleep. In reviews there were people who indicated they had a $25 dirty towel charge? Unsure what they are using the towels for but as we were waiting in the lobby for our room, another guest had the same issue? The floor is so dirty that when you get into the tub, it has black marks from our feet. So perhaps this charge covers the cost of the Motel? The pool area has not had any maintenance with no covered areas to enjoy. In 109 heat, the pool is nice but give the customers a bit of shade!

Strangers knocking on door all night told maintenance then named me for smoking , that I had not done

Super sketchy staff in office, at all times! They charged me 3 separate times in one day for a stay that they cancelled and did not refund. They wanted two different amounts for deposit on different days. They said they can charge whatever they want and insisted on it being in cash!

The room itself was fine and what you'd expect for the price. But the property just felt "tired" and not the most inviting. A little more litter pick-up, paint & cleaning on the exterior and common areas would have made a difference. Staff at check-in also felt "tired", like another day in hotel drudgery...

The Room was Very Clean. And Nice and Cool and Quite. Loved The Pool. Went swimming Three Times. Smile 😃 And The King Size Bed is One of The Best Beds i ever slept on! I want one of Those. And i loved the Blankits and sheets. Very White and Clean! Slept Wonderful 😴 Enjoy

The room was clean. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that people were hanging out late at night around the door and stairs and in front and there was no ice at all.

The location is perfect you have access to everything you need and won't to do here and it's very clean and up-to-date the staff is excellent

Flies and a sticky spot on the floor near the bed … the room smelled awful but the hotel was sold out spring break weekend

There is trash laying all around on the grounds the side walks and the dog poo areas. Dog baggy stand is dangerous because it is not secured to the ground and could fall on your pet.

The room had damage when we checked in. Instead of the deposit remaining a pending charge it was pulled from my account and has yet to be returned to me

It was very unsafe, there were drunk men on the stairs blocking our way to the room, them there were others doing drug by our room!! Room was unkept and right by the light rail!

Find another place down the road. For the price, this facility had many issues to address. TV to small, shower head to low, shower control needs replacment, flooring/tile to loose, bed to worn, pillows to lumpy, walls to thin, fridge to noisy. Overall, not worth the expenses being charged. Internet review and photos misleading. Rating incorrect based on what I've witnessed.

Floor tile broken. Front door exposed to out door air and everything that crawls! Front desk was great.

Was good. Quiet. Able to go outside at night and feel safe. Man at front desk was very pleasant to deal with and made check in/out easy and quick. Will stay here next time.

Everything was top notch. The gentleman that works over night at front desk is an asset to that establishment.
