Good value for the price. Professional staff. Good check in experience. Good hot breakfast in the morning. Cleanliness and condition were good for the price point. I'd use again for my family on road trips.

I was over charged, and charged twice. I am making my bank aware of the extra charges. I also spoke with a manager about these extra costs.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. Flies were everywhere. The room was very dusty and not clean. We ended up going to another hotel the next night.

The stay was a stopover between Michigan and georgia so I could not mark area around the property. Breakfast and staff was very good and helpful.

I am a traveling nurse. I have stayed at 4 very nice hotels, BUT this is my favorite. and I will start just staying Here. The breakfast waffles are the best of all.

This was my second time checking in here and again the staff is always so kind and amazing! They are really the sweetest. The room was clean and we were even able to check in early. The pool is the perfect size and I love they thought to add showers and restrooms right there. Great place to stay with your family or friends.

I didn't like the 3rd shift guy partying in the back lot with all the hotel drunks and prostitutes. It was literally right outside the door to my room. Totally unprofessional. I'll never stay again.

I stayed for 6 nights. Housekeeping never came and cleaned my room. When I checked in they put me in a room that was obviously not ready and then switched. On the 4th night I had no toilet paper or clean towels so they tried to move me to room 116 beside a conference room where a big party was going on. Then I ended up staying in my old room The next night I came back and I couldn’t get in the room because the deadbolt had spring. They finally got me in to get my things and moved me to a different room and promised that housekeeping would come the next day. Housekeeping did not come. Staff was very nice. But this was ridiculous. When I checked in i had requested to have housekeeping come every day. Again. Staff was very nice and I did get credited for two nights. But I still had to deal with moving my things around.

I was disappointed with our room. We got in late and once we checked in, got our stuff in our room, and went to bed. However, before we even climbed into bed my daughter’s top comforter and mine had stains on it. She pulled back the covers and the heavy white comforter had disgusting stains on it. We asked for a new one and that had stains on it.
The morning we woke up and lights on and discovered the other things. Food of some sort on my head board, stains on walls by coffee machine, coffee maker was fool of old coffee grounds, not enough toilet paper, stains on towels, and other things.
I emailed and called the manager, and he never responded back!

The staff was very nice the only thing I had a problem was where they didn’t clean our room everyday but other than that everything was good

The pool was nice and they provided towels and there were two bathrooms with showers in the pool area. The room was clean and orderly.

Our stay was good. We stay at this hotel whenever we are in Lexington. The only thing that was unpleasant is that our door wouldn't close unless we slammed it.

Our room was clean and the whole property smelled amazing! As soon as we walked in we could smell cleaning stuff and I knew I was going to be happy. The beds were a 10/10 on comfort, our room was spotless and the whole place was quiet. The pool area would be the only thing I would rate lower and that’s only because there weren’t towels for all of us and the pool definitely needed vacuumed! Other than that it was a great place to stay at a GREAT price. We will return in November!
