Hotel is getting really old and the rooms are showing their age. The heater was hard to operate because all the symbols to operate have worn off. The heater was also crazy loud.

Amazing stay, friendly staff, I mentioned my son has allergies, we were given a room on the 3rd level as guests with pets are not assigned on that level, very thoughtful staff

The room smelled like mildew. The ac unit was extremely loud making it impossible to sleep unless you turn it off. The air from ac unit stink badly. The carpet was old and very filthy. The bathroom ceiling was peeling. The bedding made my skin itch badly.

We had a a few rooms here to attend a funeral and they took very good care pf pur entire family, including our pups.

The check in woman was very professional and authentically kind. The room was very clean, the bed linens look new, fresh, white. The property is older but a good value, quiet, safe.

Everything from the personal kindness of the front desk to the accommodating and diligent team were amazing! I can not say enough about how much we appreciated and enjoyed staying here for 3 nights! The girls at the desk are AMAZING

We went to Blacksburg for a VTech tour and this was a great location close to the campus. Our dog was able to stay in the room during the tour and then we all enjoyed a nice hike in the Cascades waterfall area.

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. And this place was pet friendly! Who could ask for more? Oh yeah, breakfast was free!

The room smelled like rotting fish. The ceiling was covered in mold. Me and my kids couldn’t breath well. The pool was great. There were random people doing mechanic work in the parking lot over the two days I stayed. Breakfast was disgusting and the lobby smelled horrible too

Such friendly front desk staff, a good location, decent breakfast. The 2 double bed room (which I chose, so that is on me) isn't as good as a King room to work from - so I likely won't pick that again.
