No room service at this property. Although website doesn't state this. Staff didn't know the basics like opening times of facilities!

The location & property are great. It had several very nice amenities (pool, tennis, bikes, harbor cruise) & the rooms were classic/clean & bath products were Aesop. But the rooms have zero, truly zero, hooks for wet towels & bathing suits, which was simply really problematic for a weekend spent in the water!

Excellent location, very nice, well-appointed, comfortable rooms, and professional and courteous staff. Restaurant prices were way too high, so we did not dine in the hotel. Also, valet parking was understaffed and inconvenient. We recommend the waterview rooms!

The staff was great, beyond accommodating highly recommend if youre looking for somewhere top notch other then Gurneys to stay out on Montauk

They charge you 1000 a night and didn’t even send the cleaning staff to turn the room over. We had to call 2x after 4pm to ask if they were coming to clean

The service was really bad, I am not sure whether it was because the kitchen was struggling to deliver ohr food but we had to wait hours to get our drinks or food during breakfast/lunch or dinner. There was NEVER a spot available to sit at the pool. Apparently people go down and take chairs at 7am in the morning so then you are left with no seats by 8am. We were paying ~1,200$ per night and I have to run down at 7am to get a spot at the pool because it only offers ~15 seats?? That is just ridiculous and unacceptable.

The property is gorgeous but since they have renovated the prices for food have gone up tremendously and size of meals have gone down.

This entire property is beautiful and an absolute getaway. The complimentary boat tour was lovely and the perfect send off on my last day. While I enjoyed my stay over all, it feels that this property still has some kinks to workout. Between being sexually harassed by a dock worker on my walk to the front desk, no clear room service (despite calling multiple times, screaming children, paper thin walls, WiFi that exists but at low speeds, and little to no hot water… I really struggle to justify the price of this option.

Resort was great , service good, restaurant at resort would be a big hard NO ! Service slow but nice , food choices were weak . Would stay the again though

We were very disappointed to learn that the resort kitchen was not operating and that food was prepared in a food truck in the parking lot. There were no options for breakfast or lunch and the limited and costly dinner option. We should have been advised prior to our and the meal cost should have been adjusted accordingly.

The stay was good but a few things were not good.We stayed at the villa which was pretty but I could hear the guests in the next room as loudly as though they were sitting beside us.It is pretty crazy it made us pretty uncomfortable.

Beautiful property and once the restaurant opens will be even better

The property is beautiful and the staff wonderful. Unfortunately it is under renovation. Construction started at 7:30 am.

Bad service

This place was redone so beautifully! The staff was incredible. Everything was so clean! We can’t wait to go back! We loved that it was even per friendly! Tim from the concierge was the most genuine person, leaving my kids a hand written note that they will never forget. Can’t say enough great things about this place! We stay in Montauk every year, this stay easily was my favorite one yet! Even the American girl dolls we brought were treated like royalty by the pool!

This is a beautiful and well run resort. When the renovations are finished, it will be hard to top!

Beyond perfect! From the second we got there to the second we left. The hotel was so clean and the staff was so helpful. Not one bad thing to say. I cannot wait to come back.

Room and property were beautiful

Unfortunately we had rain all weekend but we loved our room on the beach so much that we didn’t mind. I would definitely come back.

This place is perfect …. We had a great time ! Nat, the manager was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing . From the moment we checked in to our check out, everyone was so nice and accommodating ! Our room was big , bright and clean .. It had everything we needed. There was a lot to do on the property (even more when you go in the summer ) We can’t wait to come back !

We flew in from out of town to stay at the Montauk Yacht Club with my sister and our husbands to celebrate our anniversaries. The only reason they even received one star was because the property itself is beautiful. Our room was on the first level and was right on the beach with a view of the water and boat docks. Check-in process was great. I don't know the gentleman's name that helped us but, he was so helpful and personable. After check-in everything went downhill. Around midnight Sunday the guests next door to us started arguing and slamming their door. They were arguing so loud we could hear every foul word that came out of their mouths and then when the door slammed, they slammed it so hard our room shook. This went on until the last time I called the front desk around 5:36am. So, between around 12:30am and 5:36am not a single person answered the front desk phone so we could make a complaint. Not only is it disturbing that not a single person called us back, but our safety clearly was not a concern. We spoke to the front desk agent and manager, Natalier Santiago the morning we checked out. It was a waste of time since neither could care less not even an apology. Mr.Santiago stated he had the call log and that someone answered our call at 9:00am. Yes, 4 1/2 hours after my last call that went unanswered. This by far was the worst experience I've ever had and I hope no other guests ever have to be endure what we had to. Our anniversary night was ruined.

Amazing on all fronts. Only suggestion is that the pool should be open later!!!
