Checked in early hours in the morning as we are on a long road trip, we were greeted with courtesy and a smile even at 2:20am! Room was very clean, comfortable bed, heater was on when we entered the room so it was nice and warm. Breakfast was decent, simple yet good. As mentioned before staff was friendly and helpful, eggs and biscuits were all gone so they immediately made more, lots of coffee choices. Only issue I ran into was the hot water during my shower never got very hot, more like warm. Other then that we'd stay again, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ /5

We love this hotel. We stayed on the back side this time. It was so quiet. It is an older building but is clean and so easy to get to. The price is extremely reasonable. This is our go-to choice for staying in Springfield.

I really like this hotel. We were in an end room on the front of the property so it was a bit loud. Other than that, it was good.

Good room for the price. The room we were given was a handicap room, which we didn't require. It was a nice room with mini fridge and microwave, however we booked a queen bed and the room was a double. We didn't complain but the bed was too small for us to sleep comfortably. The window's side trim was falling off and you could feel the cold air entering the room when standing close to the window. The breakfast choices were the usual, scrambled, (watery) eggs, sausage patties, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, cereal, bagels, juice, etc. There was a nice machine on the outside that offered coffee and hot chocolate. We will stay here again when traveling to Springfield but make sure to get the bed we asked for.

I stayed for 2 days in November 2024. The price was so affordable that I was worried that it would be dirty and infested, but I trusted the good reviews. My expectations were exceeded. The free breakfast was as good as more expensive hotels like Hampton Inn. My room was fairly spartan, but clean. Both day and night shift employees were helpful and friendly. Surprisingly for the price, I never saw sketchy people about.
My only complaint was that the bed linens were low thread-count and scratchy, but all in all I think this hotel is a terrific value and intend to stay there next time I'm in Springfield.

Service was normal.Carpets clean. Breakfast was a little better than average for what you would expect for a moderate priced hotel. Walls good.Window extremely stained from moisture build up.Furniture, bathroom fixtures, and bed were outdated. Chair and ottoman had huge stains.Absolutely no excuse for having them in a room. Shows complete lack of attention (or concern).

My sister and I stayed here while visiting family for a reunion. The staff was friendly, our rooms were very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for the Marriott, then, no, this will not suit you🙄( Saying this because some people expect too much at times) But, it was a very quant , homey place to stay with a very good price. Purchased through Expedia for $72 a night/ double queen bed.

We decided to stay in Springfield due to attending a wedding at Compton Lake, which is about an hour north. I called ahead to see if we could get an early check in so that we could freshen up and change clothes after driving 5 hours. The hotel was very accommodating and we got in as soon as we arrived. Thank you so much to Greenstay for going above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and carefree. The staff was great!!!

Only issue was time to check in. A single person overwhelmed by long line and phone calls. Took 15 minutes to get checked in. Desk clerk was actually quite friendly and tried to keep things moving, but needed support. A reason to not stay at this hotel again.

Nancy night auditor was.fantastic. Aaron gave great directions qhen i did not have complete address. Pam the kitxhen help made a wonderful hot breakfast and the dinning room Was spotless. Hollie the manager was very helpful on things to do and directions to Arkansas. Clean, qonderful food, the beat people. I have travel over 10,000 miles this trip and this is the best hotel I have stayes in. It qas in a good part of town, free parking, clean parking lot, lobby, extreamily clean.

We enjoyed our stay and will return. While not an expensive 5 star experience, everything with our stay was comfortable and customer focused. They have a nice patio/pool area, and a covered front entrance that includes seating. We were also surprised that their complimentary breakfast was not merely a table with donuts - it is an actual casual dining space with cooked foods offered. And I love that they included a french roast coffee with french vanilla flavored cream. Thanks for that small yet meaningful (and requested) provision. It made a difficult trip (funeral) comforting.

The room assigned to us was at the very end in the back next to the exit door to the back parking lot and smoking area. People were coming and going all night and that door was loud when opening and closing. Also, the door to our hotel room appeared to have been kicked in at one point. Also there were red stains that appeared to be red wine or blood on the ceiling. The cleanliness was mediocre, there was dust on the ceiling and all lamps. There was also stains on the carpet.

This is an older property that's been nicely and elegantly updated, especially the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast good, and staff friendly. I appreciated the "green" aspect, for which the property has won several awards. Excellent value for price. I would stay here again if passing through the area.

For 10 + years, This has been our go to stop when in Springfield MO but we will be finding a new place. The attempt to freshen the paint was extremely sloppy, furniture is extremely worn, both of which could be overlooked if the bathroom was clean. The caulking was moldy around the tub and apparently they are afraid of scalding someone because the shower was BARELY warm. Greatly disappointed to find this once great location in such a condition.

While the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable, I expected the property to be a little nicer based on the reviews. The carpet was stained, the chair in our room had multiple stains on it and the furniture was tired. If you just want a clean bathroom and comfortable bed for a reasonable rate, this is your place.

We were given a the reserved room we asked for (rated 8.6) but when we opened the room door we were immediately dismayed. Room smelled of animal presence, the carpet had multiple stains, the fabric arm chair and ottoman was shamefully stained - I did not want to put our things on anything soft. The furniture was scraped and did not appear clean. It was not an 8.6! in any sense of the ratings. They did give us a better, cleaner and better lighted room although the air conditioner wasn’t as good as the previous cluster mess room.

Pros: Very nice and friendly staff. Quick check in & check out. Good variety of food for breakfast. Located right off the interstate.
Cons: My son was excited to swim during our weekend stay, but the pool was only half filled with dirty water. The housekeepers didn’t put any effort into making our beds or even fix the sheets. The ice machine and water fountain were covered in grime. The TV didn’t work. The WiFi sometimes worked. The keys only opened the building and room door after countless tries.

For the price the property is great. If you’re expecting a fancy hotel this isn’t that. However if your just swimming, enjoying your family trips, and or relaxing for the night this is perfect and right off Hwy 65

Lobby is very nice, but the rooms are dark and outdated. Free breakfast was one of the worst we’ve had. Next time we’ll go across the lot to McDonald’s.

Quiet location especially for being right next to the highway. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. I didn’t see any elevators. The doors to the staircase slams shut (only thing I wasn’t crazy about). Great stay!
