Excellent service to pick us up at the airport, rapid Checkin and a comfortable room for the night.

I had an early flight and decided to stay at a hotel near the airport and take the 4:30 am shuttle. I was pleased with my choice of the Wingate at BWI. The room was comfortable and the shuttle driver was very pleasant. Check-in and check-out were quick. My only concern was that the internet did not work in my room, but as soon as I stepped in the hallway, it worked.
There is a nice dining area for breakfast. I sat there to use the internet.
Breakfast is included, but I left before breakfast.

Disgusting dried residue on couch. No PARKING! My husband asked the front desk where to park and the women said "anywhere i clduinf disability spots." We never found one and ended parking on the curb at the street. Cars were parked on the grass...everywhere. The front desk was rude the next day when my husband told them the ordeal and dissmissive. They told us a rental car company delivers cars there at night. Never will stay again.

our stay was fine but I'd like to point out there is an issue with the elevators. I wound up walking down twice from the fifth floor. Pushing the button to call for the elevator didn't seem to work and the left elevator didn't work at all. Otherwise our stay was fine

The room had a small couch with only one chair. You can only watch television in the bedroom. The couch was so worn out you sink down inside of it and the chair had a weak piston and constantly went down. The check in staff was rude. A slim black girl who asked for the documents, set them on the counter and said your room is down the hall to the right. I realize people have bad days but you should make the process automated. There are gnats in the room!!

My flight was arrived 11:30 pm, called shuttle service to pick me up and it was great. Deandre ,the driver answered the phone and very clear told me to where to wait for him , it was around midnight, but didn’t feel any lost there . Overall, the hotel was so convenient.

Unfortunately, dirty room, and on Tuesday September 3rd a landscaping company started work right outside our window at 730 am and woke us up and continued with unbearable loud noise until 10 am. Once reported, no one cared and laid blame on landscaping company

Enjoyed the room and the building. Centrally located near shopping and highways. Night time staff (Asian girl) could have been a little more polite. Breakfast menu could have been upgraded. Eggs tasted like they were from a box and the sausage wasn't much better either.

Staff was lackadaisical. There was no car there for our bags. Some ice machines not functioning. Vending machines taking money, not producing product. On the positive we were close enough to the airport and they had a shuttle to take us there in time for our 7:00 AM flight.

The staff were so helpful. I was stranded by Delta and had to find my own lodging. I had to extend my stay due to Delta again and was able to keep my same room. The staff was a great moment during a bad airline (DELTA) experience. They arranged a very early morning ride to the airport. I would definitely stay again.

The room appeared clean but smelled very strongly of cat urine. My friend had arrived before me and was sound asleep so demanding a different room was not possible. In the morning, showers weren’t possible because the shower wouldn’t drain quickly enough. Showering in 3” of water is not what I paid for and if I wanted a bath, I wouldn’t be taking a shower. The bed was comfortable. Sleeping in a car or on a chair in the lobby still would have been more pleasurable. When I told the woman who was in charge and walking down the hallway (about the cat urine and the shower), she continued to walk and then entered the office with an “okay.” Seems like the information was so common that she didn’t bat an eye.

It was quite clean - esp the bathroom wc I’m picky about. Loved the oversized leather armchair, and the clean, crisp white beddings, etc.
Lobby furniture though I found rather tacky. Thumbs up for hot breakfast area (even if the hot water feature wasn’t working). Airport shuttle service — THANK YOU! And driver was respectful and friendly — and ON TIME! And oh yes, WiFi was at high speed! So, all in all - 👍

My husband and I stayed here during a quick layover at BWI. Overall, the hotel was perfect for what we needed ( a place to sleep and shower). The hotel is a little older, but I wasn't bothered by it considering our room was clean. The front desk was very nice and the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport was prompt and easy to use. Overall, great spot and met all our needs.
