The site stated parking available. There was no parking on site. You had to go pay for parking in a city lot that was in a bad part of town. I observed guests removing the license plates from their cars so they wouldn’t get stolen. Check in process was not easy from getting to the front door to checking in. Only one person was behind the counter.After getting up to the room, there was only two sets of bath towels when I made a reservation for four people to be in the room. They advised they were having a shortage and were limiting the number of towels in the room. The carpet was filthy. It did not provide a safe and clean atmosphere. Will never stay there again. Ended up leaving and not staying at all. The pool water was also extremely cloudy that you couldn’t even see past the first step going into the water.

TV had spots burned into it so it was annoying but not enough to go through the hassle of changing rooms.

The actual hotel room itself was clean the problem we had was they left dirty bedding and towels just laying in the hallways and garbage then it was not very safe where we were we were under the assumption that it was but there was so many homeless drug addicts that you couldn’t go out to your car out after dark And then on the last day we were there we went to go have breakfast and we couldn’t even get to eat breakfast when you were supposed to we had to sit and wait for them to decide to open it up

Most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced. The entire staff lack knowledge of their own system. Beware do not use credit card they will run unauthorized transactions.

Customer service front desk started off good, but then there was other issues going on. The guy at the front desk wanted to charge me again for my room which I paid when I booked the room, also after I got to my room they gave someone else my room. Then later on that night when I came back to go to my room the key didn't work. I had to go back down to the lobby to get that fix. They also was noise going on all night in my room. The bathroom sink faucet was loose.

We have stayed at the location several times. This visit was the eye opener of never again. We had great experiences in the past. This last visit was not up to par. The place we stayed at in previous years was clean, friendly and inviting. This visit was dirty everything seemed to be falling apart. The service was a 0 rating. Front desk personell were friendly but not much help. Asked 4x for extra towels as we were staying 2 nights and had 1 towel in the bathroom and a hand towel. Eventually just went to the pool to get extra towels as we needed to get ready to head to the stadium. The whole place smelled of marijuana, clearly the rules are in plaxe are not enforced. Do what you want but dont smell up the whole place where children are present. Just not as clean as it use to be. Outlets didnt work in the room shower was almost impossible to pull out handle to start.

We had so many small issues with our room, that we cannot just ignore them. Toilet handle broken, telephone broken, bath tap very difficult to turn on, no hair dryer, cupboard door almost falling off, stained bedding, only 5 tissues in the box.. the saving grace is that the staff were truly amazing, and the location is fantastic. Perhaps we were just unlucky with our room, but overall it could use a little TLC.

Devon and Cierra were amazing! I had issues at first with the hotel. They quickly fixed it!

Construction around the building limited parking so if you weren’t lucky enough to snag one of the few free spots you had to pay to park. Elevators took forever and there was three of them!! Cleaning staff was super friendly in the hall! Pool was super cold and a lot of things floating around inside. Would stay again but not until the parking is under control!

Staff was very welcoming and courteous. Check-in was quick and took less than 5 minutes. Only issue was my TV did not turn on.

Construction next door and parking was not convenient and the hotel was not like it use to be. The pool was dirty, I had to ask for towels, blow dryer and an iron. Just not a good stay.

We went on a family in town getaway and gave them a chance FAILED.. the front desk people were very friendly BUT our room smelled of urine the pool was dirty AND then we paid for breakfast OMG WORST EVER we could’ve went out to eat no turkey products only pork not a fresh fruit in sight no juice machine just some milk on ice and a man pouring water out of a pitcher…I am not pleased with my experience especially when I wasted my points

There was construction and no remote in the room I also requested a blanket it was never brought up. Zion the agent at the desk was very friendly and helpful

I liked how close it was to attractions. I did not like the fact the king bed room had no way to control the the room temperature, that the bathroom was dirty and that there were no towels other than hand towels to use.

Friendly, helpful staff. Walkable to downtown attractions, but affordable.

There was no parking for the hotel. Had to park in public parking that cost me extra. Not sure about returning to this site. The shower was dirty.

The staff was very friendly. There is construction going on and it was not convenient to walk to restaurants and other locations. We found out that some of the places we wanted to walk to we had to go through some unsafe areas and we were not told this.

Place in a good area over all, some construction being done in the area. But it is easy to walk to other areas for dining and bars. Bar in hotel had VERY LIMITED SELECTIONS. Not sure if the bar tender was being rude or the bar was low on ingredients . They had no tequila brands and no lemons. Bar tender was rude as well when we asked about limited selections

There was a dead roach in my room. Elevators took too long. No on-site parking. The only v in the room was spotty.

The hotel seemed pretty empty and yet they chose to put us in room right next to elevators with a toilet that ran 24/7 the breackfast was an additional $9 and wasn’t great. It also didn’t seem like safest war either
