Few cockroach were found crawling on the carpet. The chair was failing to adjust up and down position.

Nice clean property

Check-in took too long. I actually left and came back because they were training someone new and the manager refused to just check me in rather than insisting that I wait. Room had no towels or linens of any kind and staff refused to bring it to the room.

The building and surrounding property is very rundown. In need of many updates. Very limited dining options. Only one restaurant in the entire town and it was closed. We only finished our stay here because we know that it’s only for one night. I do not recommend nor endorse this quality inn location to anyone and I am glad that I am able to notify Expedia that you should think twice about having this hotel as a choice of places to book for your website. Unhappy customer.

Dirty bathroom, bedspread, and walls. Room faced west and the sun heated up the room so much that the air conditioning couldn’t keep up. The breakfast had no eggs, sausage, potatoes, and soggy French toast sticks. There was one waffle maker, and a toaster that had only 2 of the 4 slots working. The bagels were so small that tongs were needed to dig them out. The only fruit was an orange. Pool was closed with a dead bird floating in it. Wasn’t expecting much, but this place was just bad.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and crumbs everywhere. There were also fake eyelashes in the freezer? Gross..

Don't stay unless you are a male and don't care. Felt unsafe and we had a dog. She's the only reason we were able to sleep. Though the staff were nice.

The room, service when needed, and the friendliness of the staff were all amazing!

Breakfast was good. Shower faucet broke and couldn't shut off hot water. Bed wad huge and comfortable.

Have stayed at this property two times previously and had always been impressed. This time ruined all of that to where we will not be returning. We were given a room with no dead bolt making myself and the two teenage girls with me vulnerable, which I didn’t notice initially due to arriving after a long day on the road. The smoke detector also went off in the middle of the night. When I called to share what was happening I was told they could come to my room to fix it or we could have a new room. I was not having a stranger come into my room in the middle of the night so chose to move everything. When we got the key to the new room the attendant basically just flung it at me as if it was my fault they don’t regularly check their smoke detectors. Rooms were dirty. The first much more dirty than the second but both had curley black hairs all over. Breakfast had a good variety. No one was friendly, helpful, or apologetic for what happened. We will not be back.

It was okay .

Traveling with our kids for 2 weeks, we specifically booked hotels with pools so we could cool off after 8-10 hours in the car. When we got there, the staff welcome was unpleasant and we were told the pool was closed. When asked, they refused to even consider discounting our stay.

Overall it is so, so. The property needs deep cleaning but I slept good so that’s what matters.

The area is a little rundown and the dog walking area is horrible.

Room was a little dirty, but beds were clean and comfy. We were told on arrival that we were over occupancy, even though we had everyone listed when we booked online so we ended up having to get a second room. We did get a little bit of a discount so that helped. There was a bullet hole and huge crack in our window but only on the outside. Property was quiet and seemed safe. Not bad overall, we were just staying over on a road trip.

We had booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised as having a pool. We were very disappointed to find out that they didn't actually have one.

Convenient just off the interstate on Route 66. Older, but clean. Would definitely stay again!

Pool was locked up, Disappointing after driving 9 hours in the heat. The town is almost vacant. Cute Route 66 sites. The Kix on 66 diner was fabulous!

The staff members were professional. This hotel wasn’t fancy, but was comfortable for a short stay.

Stay was a quick overnight due to emergebt family trip. Staff very friendly and helpful, bed very comfy and facility clean and welcoming. Have stayed here before abd wiuld again.

Staff evening and next morning were very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and quiet. Staff gave a recommendation for restaurant to try for my dinner and how to locate. I would stay there again in the future. Very easy to get on and off the interstate. Great location. Thank you very much.

They don’t clean or change bedding unless asked early

Great location for an overnight stay. However, the air conditioner was noisy.

The folks in Tucumcari were very friendly and the room was fine
