Used the pre-arrival check in via text link prior to arriving. Got in about 30 minutes later than we advised, around midnight. Got charged a second time for incidentals when we arrived. Walked into the room and it absolutely reeked of marijuana. Someone had very recently smoked in the room, probably staff thinking we weren’t going to show. Told the night manager, who didn’t seem surprised or concerned and told no other rooms were available. I’m the morning one of the kids sat in a chair in the room and toppled over as the leg was broken and the chair leaned against the wall to keep it upright. Can’t really recommend this hotel.

Don't plan on taking a hot shower when staying here. We could not get hot water in our room no matter how long we waited. We were on the third floor, but that should not have any bearing on the issue. For the price I expected hot showers.

Stayed in a double queen room. Squeaky springs on both beds, but otherwise comfortable. Clean and comfortable.

It wasn’t worth the price. Requested lower level and we were on the second floor not by the stairs. The elevators weren’t working. The ice machine wasn’t working in the second floor. They were out of Coke on the second floor. Very inconvenient. Coffee wasn’t good. So strong tasted like it wasn’t fresh. Front desk was trying to accommodate the best they could. Beds were comfortable.

Was a great stay comfortable and roomy accommodations. (I could have used a little stool for the high bed but just because I’m short!). Breakfast was good with large variety. Location was good and lots of restaurants to choose from.

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. The only complaint was our room needed room darkening curtains. Still a very good stay and would definitely stay there again.

We had driven from Flagstaff that morning and by the time we got to you we were very happy to see a familiar place ,
We were welcomed by a delightful person and when we had left the same was true. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Was a really nice, clean, updated property. Very thin walls and very loud housekeeping staff. I could hear my neighbors talking- and they weren't shouting. During housekeeping time, the ladies were continually yelling to each other down and across the hall making it difficult to rest or work.
Its a very nice property with a polite staff, good breakfast. Just not as quiet as I'd prefer.

Nice place to get a good nights sleep. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. It was quiet. Breakfast was comparable to most hotels.

Desk attendent refused to provide a paper receipt upon check out . Breakfast was poor quality, watery eggs with other guests complaining. Elevator is dirty and scuffed up. Won’t stay here again.

Overall, a decent place to stay. The billboards on the highway implied breakfast was special, but was just an ordinary hotel breakfast. Coffee and water were only in the lobby and other drinks were in small containers (hard to drink from). Food options were limited. Unfortunately I left behind a small pouch of unique charging cables on the bed. They had no use to anyone else, but apparently the staff and cleaning crew have not found them. :(

We stayed in a handicap accessible room even though we didn’t request. Very large but awkward shower; No place for soap and shampoo. Overall pretty ordinary hotel.

Hotel is very dirty. All the doors to each room looked like they had been kicked in by the police. Room looked like a dirty college dorm room. We had no other options but to stay here but I do not recommend and would rather sleep in my car next time.

I was driving through on a cross country road trip, and this was a convenient stop along the way. The hotel seemed to have been recently renovated, so the room had vinyl flooring, which was an interesting change. Everything smelled brand new, which might have also been a formaldehyde smell? Despite the clearly recent upgrades, the amenities were only ok. I had cats with me which proved problematic when one of the cats discovered that the beds were placed on the bases cattywampus, so one of the cats ended up inside the bed. Lucky for me, he emerged of his own volition.
Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was lackluster. This building might be home of the slowest elevator on earth.
Overall, for what it is I give it an 8/10.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Had first floor room. Rooms have laminate floors so the room above us transmitted every foot step those guests took. Made it very difficult to sleep. I would not stay at this hotel again unless I was on the top floor.

Loved the room it was massive.. loved the pool areas. The pool was kinda small but the hot tub was nice, and they even had grills out there for us to use. Hotel was on a top of a hill beautiful sunrises and sunset 10/10 Definitely will stay there again.

Scorpion in bathroom sink. I understand these things happen . I would probably ask for second floor if I go back . The desk agent wasn't surprised, but said he would address it . Nice guy

Nice place to stay. The kids enjoyed to pool, albeit very small. Exercise room had a strong smell, haha! The rooms were clean. New mattresses. I check the mattresses for signs of bed bugs everywhere I go. Clear here. Breakfast was actually very good. Well stocked and delicious. Thank you!
