Excellent motel for the money. clean, comfortable room located in quiet area. I really like the one story, remodeled motels, primarily because there’s no one above you and you can back your car up to the door. This one was one of the best I’ve stayed in. I have always stayed in Santa Rosa on this route, but I will definitely stay here again next time.

I have NO idea how this property received an excellent status. This is a terrible property. There were bugs in the room around the light that flew and bit. They were active most of the night keeping me awake. I ended up with multiple bites. The water spout in the tub was barely hanging on. Almost pulled it out of the wall trying to turn on the shower. There was a gnat/bug when I went to get ice. I would NEVER stay here again.

Cheap and cheerful, great place for a comfortable nights sleep. Clean bathroom and comfortable beds, ice machine and fridge available. Tucumcari has loads to offer and this was the perfect spot for the evening. No frills motel.

Older property but some updates have been done. Room was clean and comfortable. No hair dryer in the room and lacking supplies. Had to go to the desk to get TP. Motel is overall a good value and I would stay here again.

This was a clean motel, in a convenient location (alongside Route 66) when you’re passing through. One-night stay, so we had no need for amenities. Lady at the front desk was friendly.
