Our stay was great. We did have troubles with our key cards on the 2nd night. They were replaced and the problem was fixed.

Service in the restaurant was wonderful, food very real good. General manager was very accommodating in every way. Thx.

The only complaint I have is that they have an airport shuttle, however it doesn't start til 6 am and my flight leaves at 6, so I had to arrange a taxi to the airport... So plan accordingly..

Hotel is outdated and run down. Had a sign behind the desk that says no animals to include emotional support animals, I don’t believe that is even legal. The bed was comfortable, the pillows are doll sized.

We had an amazing time. Hadn't been. There since renovations quite a while ago. But waterpark is really good. Covers all ages and well kept. No trouble with room. Got a suite which has great space for kids. Offered online checkin. When in waterpark to well supply didnt keep up with demand but staff was continually working on it.

Room had left over birthday decorations and popped balloon pieces under the tables and chairs. I had read a review about the kida pool being cold. I thought it was a mom being dramatic but I was wrong. The kids pool was ICE COLD. They said they would turn up the heat. This did not work. So signs were just placed stating to watch your younger pirates as the pool was colder than thw rest.

Place was well kept. However there was NO microwave in the room and there was no free coffee in the lobby. You had to pay for coffee at a Starbucks coffee dispensary. Absolutely ridiculous.

The room was great. However it said pool view and we looked out at a wall. Pool was nice but childrens pirate ship pool was cold. Loved the water slide

The kids LOVED the waterpark, the only problem was that the first night we were there, the water was freezing in the kids area and in the waterslide pool. It was so cold the kids’ teeth were chattering, and they couldn’t even play in the pirate ship, but of course that didn’t stop them from going down the slide! We asked if someone could turn up the heat a bit, which they said they did, but we couldn’t tell a difference before the pool closed. The next morning we went swimming again and it was still freezing. I asked another maintenance employee if they could check on that heat, and they were very friendly! And I’m happy to report the water temperature did rise eventually, and it felt great in there!! Too bad we had to check out though! On the plus side, we could check out at noon, which was an awesome bonus! Also just a minor note, I will say this is the first hotel I’ve ever been to that charges for coffee in their lobby in the morning. Even the smallest motels usually have a pot of coffee even if they don’t provide breakfast. Finally, the rooms were neat and clean and it looked like they’ve upgraded their carpets. I definitely noticed an improvement in the quality of their rooms. Overall, most of the staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool was great, the rooms were clean, and I will definitely be going back with the family again sometime!

The service was excellent and the hotel was very clean. My son enjoyed the slides and the other ammenities were great!

Cute idea with the pool. Rooms are very run down. And had to pay extra for every little thing.

Had some plumbing issues, toilet didn't want to flush and the tub didn't want to drain very well. Maintenance came pretty quickly when we called about the toilet. Overall a great stay with family, kids loved the indoor water park. No free breakfast but the restaurant in the hotel was good.

Roaches

It was our 40th anniversary and thought this would be a decent hotel since most hotels near airports have been great from our experience. The halls were very hot (this was in September), the chlorine smell was so strong, it permeated our room. It affected our health conditions so badly, we checked out a day early. The overnight staff did not man the front desk. Trash in hallway was still there after 32 hours. Manager was never available and had to contact Expedia/Hotels.com to resolve issue. As of this posting, we have to wait 24-72 hours for Expedia/Hotels.com to hear back from Ramada's manager - who was never available during our stay. Aside from a gentleman who was outside when we checked out and the young lady who checked us in, staff was not exactly hospitable, courteous, or professional. One would expect a hotel near the airport would have been more better facility, one not so shabby.

My family liked the water park.

I went with my 2 children and had an excellent stay! We had everything we possibly needed right there! 3 pools, food, drinks by the pool, arcade, and even a casino. We loved the pools! The pool with the slide had the warmest water. The restaurant was very nice and food was excellent! The arcade was a great time! The rooms were nice and clean, beds comfortable, just overall a really great time!

kids loved the water park.

From the moment of check in there was a strong musty smell. We were eating in the dining areas and we noticed there were roaches along the cement around the pool. When we informed the manager they claimed they already knew about this and immediately call for them to be sprayed. Glad she called, but was still very disgusted.

A moving truck had taken at six parking spots in the front of the building. No place For my family or other families to park. Had to park in the back of the hotel with no entry Into the building. We had to carry our luggage and our family around to the front at 10:30pm!

Didn’t care for front desk staff, acted like they were put out for even having to hand me papers to fill out at check in. Rude and clearly need front of house training

The rooms were very nice and big. The pool area was nice. They claim to be a water park, but are a pool with a slide. Still nice, but not a water park. All staff were good except the restaurant staff and bartenders. Honestly, I think they mean well, but just no personalities. They are there to collect their pay and get out. Not rude or lazy, just nothing impressive.

Very convenient location for events. Very walkable. Property is dated and needs updates. Room seemed damp and musty. Pool was nice. No free breakfast. Server at the attached restaurant was pleasant and efficient and breakfast was good.

Our sheets were dirty, had hair all over and black spots throughout them. Staff were nice and helpful when we asked to switch rooms.

8/20/24 - place is dirty, service is poor, food is slow, workout room was out of order, bathtub doesn’t drain, hallway and rooms stink of chlorine, wifi doesn’t work in one of the wings. They are more worried about following the massive list of rules for the pool area than cleaning the place up and making sure everything works. Zero/5 stars.

Perfectly adequate for what we needed. We didn't utilize the water park as we were just adults there for an event but it looked like fun for kids.

No microwaves in room. Casino shut down. Tvs outdated an old. Not a big selection of channels either. Especially for paying over 350$ for 2 nights single bed room. Will not be going there again. Never could figure out why when in room nosed plugged up couldnt breathe. But the bed was comfortable.
