I love this hotel for our Mayo visits. It has everything we need. Nice and clean. Good breakfast. Good parking. Friendly staff. Q has excellent taste in music.

You would think being by Mayo Clinic it would be more handicapped accessible. It was hard to move around in room with a walker. We also found someone else’s sock in our room

Outside entrance was disgusting, overflowing garage cans and smelled like marijuana. Very smoky which my wife is very sensitive to; caused sneezing, coughing and runny nose the entire stay.
Reception area was neat and clean but the elevator smelled like gasoline not to mention it was filthy. Hallway on 3rd floor had not air conditioning which left the hotel interior with a higher level of humidity.
Room was standard but humidity from hallway caused discomfort. Not enough floor space for luggage.
Breakfast was standard compared to similar.
Would not recommend.

the only thing I did not like was the water pressure in the shower. other wise the hotel was great

Property and parking area vlean. Easy to access from Broadway when driving south.
What I didn't like was the matrass lacked support for myself with back problems. It inreased my pain and my Husband spain. It was difficult to figure out the YV remote. We could not find instructions. In the morning I saw the QRS vode for guest services on the mirror. This wouldn't be very convenient to the less tech savy people. Keep the manuals.

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and love it. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The nightly soup options are great, especially the Baked Potato Soup. The food truck on the property and Mr. Pizza next door are great dining options if you want to skip the soup. The breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast but always fresh and replenished as soon as something gets low. My only suggestion would be adding a biscuit and gravy option to breakfast. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet, clean, and friendly place to stay when visiting Rochester, MN.

I love how the staff takes care of the property. My only disappointment was a Chinese buffet near by which i took my family to eat. It was very dirty, the dinning chair were dirty, I almost lost my appetite to eat. If I would visit Rochester MN, in the near future, I would like to loge at Hampton Hotel.

We spent three days at the hotel with our two dogs and loved our stay. The dogs received a very welcome just like their humans. Loved the soup at night. The pool and hot tub were both clean and refreshing. It took us less than 10 minutes to get to Mayo Clinic. The only suggestion we have is to put smaller rocks leading to the pet area. Our dogs struggled to walk over the rocks to get to their potty area.

Had a room on the ground floor that smelled like cigarettes and bleach. Heard people in rooms above walking, lots of loud noises. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was in a convenient location. Close to Mayo Clinic, restaurants & shopping. Our room & bed was clean & very comfortable. The hotel had soup & bread available for supper & the breakfast was very good with lots of options. We would definitely stay again.

I had lost my key. Guy at front desk was friendly. Very safe environment. Free breakfast. Located close to a kwik trip gasstation which has everything! Comfortable beds & very clean.

This is my go to hotel when I am in Rochester! Q at the front desk is amazing, always friendly, personable and excellent with customers. I always appreciate the warm welcome I receive. Hotel is clean, love the soup happy hour and warm breakfast in the morning, and it's quiet. The perfect spot to unwind after a busy day.

We had a very pleasant stay while we were in town for my father’s funeral. The pool was a very nice temperature and the hot tub jets were very relaxing.
