People next door were knocking on joint room door and kept trying to open it. They kept setting off fire alarm in their room. They were up at 0430 screaming and being boisterous. I’ve listened to the AC tick all night long. It was hot in the room.

Nice hotel right off I-95. Fairly quiet, very clean, huge bedroom. Breakfast was nice buffet or off the menu. Slept like a log. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was good. Staff was professional and courteous.
We will return in January on our next trip to FL.

The check in was fine, but the directions to the room were terrible, took me over a half hour to get to the room after being escorted to the correct area. This also happened with another couple. The room refrigerator doesn’t have a freezer compartment so I couldn’t freeze my ice packs for my medicine. The rooms don’t have a microwave. There is one in the hall on the first floor. Real convenient!
When I was walking between the beds in my bare feet I discovered a wet carpet. Apparently it hadn’t been noticed by housekeeping or they were careless.
I will never use this hotel again!

Rooms have been somewhat updated but didn’t seem as clean as it should be; bathroom tub and floors needed sanitizing. Reasonable price for the stay.
Would stay again if passing through.

kind, polite and so nice!
Then we had drinks and ate in the lounge.
Both the young man and the young lady were wonderful.. they gave us just the right amount of attentiveness! Picking room was clean and beautiful! We loved our stay! Thank you for giving us a beautiful stay at Crown Plaza!

On this stay, we were able to get the rooms we wanted(joint rooms) without any problems. My 90 yrs old mother in law was happy with the room. She had a wonder night sleep. Took a refreshing shower and was able to relax. My husband and i were also happy with our room being able to keep an eye on my mother in law in a way so she could still have her independence cinsidering she is blind. Thank you

We stayed in the newly renovated tower 1. Bathroom is small but great water pressure. Only dining experience was with room service ans it was awful but was taken care of quickly ans witjout issues.

The hotel in itself could be an amazing place, the convenience to the airport is spot on …the dining area is so elegant it giving a restaurant setting I was place on 2300 hallway, the service from the front desk was great especially Rena front desk person she was a sweetheart, honestly I try to never be negative but I need to voice my opinion on a few things since I reserved and stayed here, if you don’t share your experience how would the problem be resolved…. the rooms could be more update (drapes & bedding) the shower drains “horrible” the view of the window are filled with mold on the outside….I hope this will help and not hurt the establishment..hopefully if you know the issue you could fix the problem.

The Crown was a very quiet place to stay. I aptly off like to see more breakfast buffet options. Bagels, muffins, scrambled eggs etc. Conveniently located to highways and surrounding cities and stores.

The place is ok but i was there 1 night and left with bites all over my body not so clean not sure what kind of bugs when i got home i but my bag in the trash and stripped the rest off in my garage didnt want. To risk it might be bed bugs
