Great centralized hotel within walking distance to the Theaters and Progressive Field. Parking was over priced ($49) a day and was valet only.

Very nice hotel in ideal Cleveland location. Spacious, clean room. All staff provided fantastic service. Mr Alex went above and beyond to provide the best experience! Will definite be back!

Room was clean, staff was friendly, we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient for walking to several places downtown.

Good but room smelled like sewage and valet extremely slow

Your staff was very good. Jana, I believe her name was was outstanding helpful and friendly. The staff the next day was very good also. The hotel decor is somewhat dated but it was clean (with one dreadful exception, which when we made the staff aware of it they were very apologetic. Not theirs or the cleaning staffs fault, blame a previous guest. We had some difficulty making reservations through the hotel’s corporate website. The site booked us at the wrong hotel, then when we tried to correct it, it was sorry sir, there are no more rooms available in the hotel you want. We can book you at another hotel for double the price or at a hotel at the same price but 10 miles away. After some “discussion” with the customer service line, they cancelled our non-refundable reservation. You could hear the frustration in the customer service reps voice. She was only supposed to rebook us at another of the IHG corporations hotels. Ok. But a day later we were able to book the exact same room through Hotels.com. I don’t know how the hotel business works, but it sure seems like this could have been a smoother, less frustrating process. I write the above so maybe some hotel management will take it to heart and make some changes.. For anyone considering staying here: the location is amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the room was huge with a great view. If it weren’t for the reservation issues I’d perfectly happy.

The hotel was great. Staff was awesome. Location was really good. The valet parking is an absolute train wreck. Coming and going. If I come back to Cleveland and have a car again I would think twice about staying there because of it

Starting off with our check-in. Latoya was amazing. Great personality and very helpful. The lobby is beautiful and smelled amazing. Very clean and stylish. The room so cute and comfy. I can speak on parking areas because we did valet but the attendant was made sure you didn’t wait long at all for your vehicle. I would definitely stay here again.

I can’t really say it was dirty, but it didn’t smell or feel clean, especially the bed linen, I couldn’t get really comfortable, because it just felt and smelled unclean

convenient location

We have been traveling to Cleveland for quite a number of years. We were disappointed the hotel we usually stay at was unavailable. However, the CROWNE PLAZA CLEVELAND AT PLAYHOUSE SQUARE (specifically this location) has become our absolutely favorite!!! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY!

Erick was great at getting us in and helping us out. Was a great hotel, and will stay again.

As usual we had a really nice stay. Breakfast was good. Pool area was clean and towels were well stocked.

Property was exactly as advertised and closed to a lot of restaurants, Progressive Park, and bars. The staff is excellent and room clean. Would definitely stay again.

Everything is walkable, from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, to Progressive Field. Careful if you are using GPS to guide you, since for us Google did not bring us to the front of the hotel.

The condition of the room was not appropriate E.g. TV screen almost dying ( no color ) You have to grab the Shower head while showering so the water can hit your body

Amanda at the front deck helped make our stay amazing. Definitely would use this hotel again with employees like her working there.

Hotel staff was great. Parking staff entered the wrong phone number when I left my car, so i wasted 45 minutes helping them find my car. Because we (I) found my car, they would not give me a discount on my overnight parking.

It was a good option to go see the baseball game which was walking distance of about 5 minutes. The only down side is that they have parking but would not accept our motorcycle. The staff besides that was super nice !

The lady that checked us in was very nice and told us how to get to the ballpark. The hotel is within walking distance of the ballpark which was great. Bed was decent. The room was huge. Overall a good experience. We paid for breakfast with our room but didn’t end up eating so I’m not sure how the food is. Valet was a nightmare. The guy who took our car had tons of other keys and tags at the same time and we were nervous they’d end up bringing us the wrong car at checkout but it was fine. It did take a really long time to get our car when we were ready to leave so I’d request your car way before you are ready to leave.
