Crish employee is rude to customers

The upgraded rooms are nice. There were some loud guests screaming outside at 3am so that was not cool.

Great and inexpensive hotel!

Lumpy bed. Bedding needs to be updated. Front desk attendant smelled like cigarette smoke. Mold in shower. Nice landscaping.

The first day we couldn’t even watch tv, it was pixelated and you couldn’t hear anything right so we couldn’t watch television at all told the front desk the problem he said he’d have maintenance take a look at it! NO ONE came ! We left in the morning to attend an outdoor wedding came back that afternoon to cool off and relax watch some. Tv and that wasn’t happening AGAIN and the problem was not fixed! I called the office a gentleman did come annd checked it out and gave us a new cable cord the one there was severed pretty much! The door had gaps you could see daylight through and the bottom weather sweep was not sufficient we had to put a towel down so bugs could not enter! I’d like a refund please!! Just a plain hotel… good for a quick stay

The pictures on Hotels.com are not current. The places is a little rundown. We left our stuff in the car. Everyone was nice pool was clean and deep.

Staff was very helpful

Stopped here for the night while on a road trip. Location was ideal and had many restaurants and stores close by. Hotel needs some tlc. our room was clean and worked for what we needed.

The room was small, decent looking and pretty comfortable. My only issue is that there were a few roaches. Im severely allergic to roaches and and did not feel comfortable with roaches in the room. I killed a few.

I really liked that they were dog friendly.

We stopped overnight on a long trip. There were ants in the bathroom and the sink and the air never did cool the room off to a comfortable temperature even when we left the next morning. There was also a strong smell of weed outside when walking to the courtyard.

Everything was great because we were only staying 1 night but the room had no draws and hoos on wall but no hangers. Kind of strange

The only issues I had was the hotel.com card was rejected and it took 15 minutes to correct. Also the breakfast was minimal. Only had toast, yogurt, cold cereal, bananas and coffee. I will use them again.

After paying online for the room decided to not stay it was not.well.lit there were persons loitering that made us vey uncomfortable. The attendant was not able to refund pur money

Because of your policies and the policies are Expedia, I got screwed out of a lot of money not once but twice. I will never use Expedia again and I will never ever use this hotel again.

clean and comfortable

Check in was very smooth, front desk attendant was kind and welcoming. If you are checking in after midnight, there is a little window where you will be able to communicate through. The moment we talked into the room we were surprised to find how spacious and clean it was. Staying here was a great experience. We needed a place to stay for the night, that was affordable and pet friendly. Boy are are we glad we came across this hidden gem on hotels.com. There were a lot of different places around the hotel to grab breakfast and coffee at (we missed the free breakfast as there was a severe storm happening from 6am to 10am) It’s close to highways so you can get back on the road quickly. Would recommend this place to anybody around the area who needs a great night sleep for a long journey (or short) no matter what type of journey you’re on… please make sure to stop if you are too tired to drive!

Old but clean.

I didn't stay. I unfortunately booked for May 6th when I in fact needed the room for May 5th. When I used your text messaging feature and asked for the date to be changed your representative wanted an additional $90.00 to change the date. Criminal

The door to the room did not have a secondary lock. Lighting in the room is poor with few outlets. Front desk personnel were very cordial and helpful.

Rooms are nice,updated, and clean.

I dont like that 4 guys tries to jump me and i had my gun in my pocket and because of that i was kicked out and told never come back .
