This hotel was beautiful. The room was comfortable, everything was clean. We had a great day. The only thing we would change is that the coffee pods provided in the room were decaf. Who wants decaf coffee?

Quiet at the Hyatt. We met friends next door then attended a sporting event close by. We picked the Hyatt due to convenience and enjoyed our stay.

Just checked in to sleep. I slept well.

Rooms could use some updating. Stained carpets. Door handle on bathroom door was broke. Crumbs on the floor by bed that were not from us.
The service was great. Aloha checked us in and she was very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Lobby and bar area was nice. We had an awesome view of the city. Great location. We were only a five minute walk from Fiserv forum.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Facilities were clean. The only thing that we didn't care for as much was the quality of the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. (Very minor!)

Our stay at the Hyatt was comfortable and the room was clean.
I’m surprised we weren’t provided with a hard copy of a menu for room service.

The first night was a sleepless night because our room shared a wall with the Regency Club, a smaller room space (capacity 88) which guests can reserve. We’re senior citizens and usually go to bed by 10. Needless to say their party continued until early morning hours, people coming and going outside of our room. Since we were already in bed we didn’t ask to move to another room, if there was one available. I asked the front desk on Sunday morning if the room was booked for Sunday night and she said no. If it was I would have asked for a different room. Warning if you’re in room 1819 on the 18th floor, ask if anyone has booked the venue next door.

Stay was good for the price I paid. I would stay again. Parking was expensive but it yoh park down the street yoh will save money.

The location was awesome. Staff was friendly and there is a Starbucks inside. I was not impressed with the housekeeping during the stay. Nothing was taken, trash was not taken out, and new towels were left but the existing towels were not taken.

When I came to check in, there were no rooms available. Guessing due to not having staff to clean the rooms? I was told to wait and they would contact me when it was available. Finally, after a good half hour, I went back up to the desk and they said oh yes, your room is available. So I waited for how long for nothing?

The first room I received smelled really bad , the bathroom door was broken , and the AC unit was really loud . I asked for another room and it was cleaner but the Ac unit was still really loud and sounded very aged.

The room was very cold despite lowering the AC. We called the front desk 4 times and waited 1.5hrs for a blanket.

The area around the hotel is great, during the day. Once night hits, it’s time to either stay inside or take an Uber. It’s not walkable. The lobby of the hotel was clean. The staff at the desk were great. We used the valet service and the scan your ticket process was super easy and great. The rooms were outdated. Had all the amenities you might need but the room smelt stale and in fresh. The beds are very uncomfortable. The bathroom had clearly had a flood and the door wouldn’t close properly. It also wouldn’t lock. Overall not a bad place to stay. But it was Hyatt Regency standards to me.

Very nice hotel with restaurants within a block or two

We had gone to Germanfest and came in ready to cool off in our room before heading back out. The front desk staff were so polite and asking about our day. They treated us to complimentary drink tickets for the bar. The floor layouts were easy to navigate. The room was spacious, clean, and had a mini fridge. The bar staff were very kind as well. Check out was easy and with the attached parking garage was easy to get back to our car.

This property is easily accessible to everywhere and the staff was good. Great fitness center with MULTIPLE Peleton bikes and a Starbucks on site.

The elevator was a little sketchy, our sheets felt dampish but for the cost pretty good deal

The property is located downtown and it’s in a horrible neighborhood, the nearest venue is liquor stores and strip club! The streets are littered with trash. The hotel itself the staff don’t care about their customers, completely disengaged. The lady that checked me was busy conversing with her peers the entire time! My room smelled of smoke.

This is a great Hotel to stay at. The staff was so friendly. It was centrally located in a great place. You could walk to a lot of places. I myself would stay in a bigger room. My room was very nice though. Very clean. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.
