I wasn't expecting a lot since I wasn't paying a lot, but got less than I expected. The front staff was friendly, but that was where the good things ended. A summary of the things that made this stay not so great. - No bathroom in the lobby. Better hope they can check you in fast if you need to go. - The building looks rundown. - AC in the room wouldn't run consistently and blew out air smelling of mildew. - The TV had a low quality grain picture and had a backlight issue where it looked like there were headlights pointing at you. - It looks like no money has been spent on upkeep for the past 20 years.

It was nice and quiet. Clean. Affordable. Good coffee at the light breakfast. What I didn’t like. Bed not comfortable Felt rushed out of the light breakfast. All in all. Good for the price. Simple place

The property was clean and staff helpful and friendly. Not much within walking distance . Breakfast was terrible. The only healthy option to eat was an apple . The rest processed sugar . Lots of parking($10/day) If you’re looking for a great breakfast go to Snug Harbour

Room was pretty small. Parking was not free and they served a granola bar for breakfast (some rule was changed about breakfast- notice in our room) Room was clean and staff was pleasant

My husband paid online but for some reason it was put under just his initials. The receptionist would not let us get the room because the name didn't match on my husband's ID. So at that point we were tired and just wanted a room. So we ended up paying again for a room. The receptionist was very rude. No care in the world that we just lost out on nearly $500 for 2 nights. The receptionist was very rude very unprofessional and very arrogant. No room service. We had to go to the desk to ask for towels and toilet paper. This guy "the receptionist" acted like we weren't even worth the toilet paper. I will never take my family here on vacation again

The inside of the hotel is adorable. The staff is so nice. The location is conveniently located near UCLA hospital which is what brings us to town.

Very expensive without the service / facilities to match!! Lift out of order for whole 4 day stay. Breakfast granola bars and coffee!! Balcony nice but filthy. Room nice but absolutely no storage space at all. Had to request rooms cleaned 24hrs before! Ice machine on 4th floor out of order for 3 out of the 4 days.

This isn't our first stay and usually it's a great experience. We were put on the first floor next to the vending machine and ice maker. And the people above us must have been playing basketball from 3 am until 9 am. It was awful. I didn't sleep at all.

First night arrived, elevator broke so throughout our 2 night stay we have to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs lugging our stuff up and down. Pillows were very uncomfortable and walls really thin. Could hear doors being shut above us and people walking throughout the halls.

The way inside was very nice. The staff were helpful and courteous. When we arrived there was a shirtless man eating out of the trash. He was nice though. He told us to enjoy our stay.

Overall good stay. Furnishings are up to date and in good condition. Staff is friendly and efficient. Walls are pretty thin and there is some noise from street but didnt bother us very much.

It's adequate and clean.

The property was in a great location. That was the best part. I paid for an upgraded room with a couch and a balcony. There was no couch and the balcony was only half the size of the other balconies and it was connected to their sun court which peered directly into our room. The bed was brick hard and the TV was hard to view it was so blurry. The front desk offered no help. What a slide of hand from what they advertize.
