The property was not bad. Was pretty quiet. Close to whatever one could need. Very conscientious to get to and from.

Hotel was fine for the most part. Only real complaint is the beds were awful.

In town for a weekend and needed a place to sleep, this was an affordable option that was quiet and close to where I needed to be, good value for the money.

I did like that it was a clean place, pretty quiet, and while looking for my room, ran into the owner who was extremely nice and showed me my room. I did not like that the coffee maker did not work, however the employee was a nice older woman let me know I should’ve came to office to get coffee. I plan to stay there next week.

The room we stayed in was clean. The Bluegrass Extended stay we learned has long term tenants living in rooms at the motel. There was a car in the parking lot with people sleeping in it, so the regular clientele seemed a little sketchy. We were traveling for a music festival and we only stayed at the motel to sleep. Be aware that some of the rooms are smoking and it’s important if you’re not a smoker to ensure you book a non smoking room. There are many restaurants near the motel, it was a convenient location.

Very clean hotel ! Everything was in working order in our room, no noise ! Slept well !!

Multiple calls to verify stay. Staff did the minimal effort for check in and check out. Not friendly. Just seem present not welcoming or appreciative of us of services

Room was dirty. Hair on my pillow and cigarette burns all over the sheets. People there were shady.

Efficient check-in and check-out, clean room, plenty of parking. Couple's loud arguing in adjacent room (very early AM) was unpleasant, but not the fault of the hotel staff. Convenient location.

Think an “extended stay” establishment should have utensils like cups, plates and cutlery even if it’s paper and plastic. Having a full size refrigerator and new microwave was impressive but no simple supplies was interesting.

The hotel was no where near the venue. Wouldn't less us cancelled the reservation bc it was day of . There was no way to know till we arrived at hotel till the day of. We didn’t stay at the hotel. I had to pay full price for another room closer to Keeneland

Great location for food shopping Keeneland.My only issue was I thought Extended stays had kitchens but this one does not other than that would recommend.

When I arrived to check in I was told that the room I payed for was in fact not available is it still needed to be cleaned and that I could not check in until much later unless I took a different room that was a double bed instead of the king that I reserved but I would get that room at five dollars cheaper than what I paid already so I gave them my credit card they would refund the money that I paid on your website and they also needed it for a deposit for smoking. What actually happened was when I gave him my credit card he charged me a second time for a $60 fee for the second room and on top of that instead of just holding my credit card in case it needed to be charged when I left if I had smoked in the room, they also went ahead and charged that fee to my card also so before I ever saw my room , my card had been charged $175.56 when I found this the next day I stayed trying to speak to the manager never came in. I left my phone number for him to call me and it wasn’t until seven hours later that he called me and then he told me that if I disputed any of the charges, he would go to the county attorney office and file fraud charges on me and threatened me. We stayed on the phone for approximately 25 minutes of him, berating me and yelling at me , this was so bad that I’ve drafted and wrote a letto the secretary of state complaining about this in the treatment on myself as a veteran. I would like my money refunded that I paid you and I would like it done as soon as possible

We stayed 2 nights. Property is dated, however, everything was clean. Is was perfect for what we needed and very affordable. We would definitely stay again!
