Very smelly room

Everything in the room was very nice and all that one would need. The hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly. Only problem I had was the ice machine is about a quarter mile away LOL I had to walk down the hallway up in elevator walk down a long hallway to get some ice.

I felt a little mislead by the nice photos and online description of this property. This definitely feels like more of a motel rather than a hotel. The property is located between car dealerships and when I parked there was a sign saying the hotel wasn’t responsible for car theft on the property, which immediately made me feel unsafe. Then the room itself was outside street-facing off the parking lot and the curtains in my room were hard to close so I was afraid anyone off the street could look in on me. In terms of cleanliness of the room, the surfaces were technically clean, but the bathtub was full of rust, and the shower tiles needed a good scrubbing. I was nervous to take my shoes off. Also, the A/C unit was noisy and didn’t work effectively against the heat. I would have turned around and left the same night I arrived had it not been already late at night by that point. I checked out early the next morning even though I’d booked two nights since I was too uncomfortable in the room and was concerned about my car getting robbed. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here again and I would not recommend it to others.

Good hotel for price

The hotel is conveniently located and reasonably priced. We have stayed here twice and both times were good.

Shower was not cleaned and had old soap and hair in it

The room had an old musty smell. The room looked like it wasn’t vacuumed. The curtains and bathtub had burn marks. I would not say here again.

It was very old and no high quality stuff.

My stay was good and relaxing, also safe.

Booked three rooms. Carpets desperately need cleaning. Grandson was playing and rubbed his face on the carpet, then had a rash on his cheek and ear. Used and antibacterial cream and Benadryl and it finally went away a few days later. Toilet didn’t work in one room so had to be moved to another. Water has brown color to it. Staff was wonderful and worked with us.

Exterior appearance is nicer than the actual room. Just average as far as maintenance and cleanliness is concerned.

We had a good stay. Staff was very friendly. The facility is clean but dated. We had some pretty loud neighbors on either side both nights.

Nice quiet hotel, parking was easy, room was great for the night. Staff were pleasant. No issues with our stay.

Decent low cost hotel. The rooms won't win awards but they're clean and comfortable enough. It is sandwiched between the freeway a Mazda dealership and Ford dealership, but a 5 min walk away is a new shopping center called the Veranda that has plenty of decent restaurants and Whole Foods 360. Breakfast is free though pretty bare bones, eggs, sausage and diced potatoes or a microwavable breakfast burrio. My only bad experience was that a milk carton I picked off the buffet was old enough that it started to curdle.

very nice and quiet

On the hotel website, it shows pictures of the bar that they have and they also say they have a restaurant so I booked it online when I got there I found out that the restaurant and the bar had been closed down for a couple months and they still show on their website. These things are available. I feel that I was ripped off and I feel like I should be refunded for the room. We went out to a concert and we came back and thought we were gonna have a cocktail nightcap, but that didn’t happen when I mentioned to the woman who worked there in the morning she told me that the restaurant and bar had been closed down two months ago, I wonder how many other people got burned by this hotel I would never recommend it. Also they have hand sanitizers throughout the hotel. I tried three of them and they were empty.

This hotel is an older facility but was very clean and the staff was excellent! We will definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel, easy to find. Having food options in the hotel was also nice and convenient.

Stayed here with my 9 year old daughter. There are 2 sections of the hotel. Pay the extra $15 for the better room! I had originally picked the cheaper one and when I arrived to my room, there was a lady outside smoking, who rolled her chair out from her room. My curtains couldn’t close and I didn’t feel comfortable with the room. I went back to front desk and switched rooms. I asked for the one in the tower and it was $15 more/ what a difference! But then when trying to sleep, I found out the AC wasn’t working and didn’t want to deal with it. I wasn’t comfortable and probably won’t be back.

Never answered the phone they say I never done a call could be there. My reservation. Cancel because I’m not call never answer any Phone calls to the customer customer fault they say no way it’s not

This property is very well kept, clean, rooms equipped with the typical standard. The only thing I can say that I didn’t like were the microfiber sheets.

I didn't realize that some of the rooms are accessed from the outside of the hotel. I would not have wanted a 1st floor room. Fortunately, I had a second floor room that could only be accessed with a door key for the elevator and the building entrance.

Not quite sure if the property is still under construction/renovation? The lobby area was nice and clean. Front desk and Michelle (housekeeper) were superb and go above & beyond. One (housekeeper) & whomever she was the found my precious necklace, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my being. May God bless you and your family.

The beds were very comfortable! The pool was not heated so morning and evening swims were pretty chill until you got use to the water. It was nice and clean. Service was super. We came back to the room one evening and the tv was not connecting. A quick call to the desk and the guy was there in no time. The breakfast was good. There was a nice selection We were happy with our stay.

Front desk staff is great. Morning breakfast persons were rude and hostile.
