This is perfect location! We walked all over Venice! The hotel is old but clean and convenient

The only things wrong was rooms where way to hot(for us) it was february and a tired looking, but staff were great and got a good sleep. Would definitely recommend 😁

nice comfortable rooms, the staff is great , close to san marcos, on the whole good- though do not expect coffee maker, microwave or iron to press your clothes- rooms are ok though for italian standards !

Nice place to stay and would again staff are super nice and helpful. Super close to St Mark's Square so and also quick to get to Rialto bridge area. Bed was nice but we like a firm bed. Downsides are can hear other rooms/doors and looking a little tired in the room we stayed in. Wifi was hit and miss in the room but 4G is fine. Bathroom is very compact but useable.

Great location , older but clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpul.

The hotel staff was very kind, helpful, and professional when we checked in. Our room was a little smaller than we had planned on despite checking the room. The hotel staff made such a nice gesture to change our accomodations since they were able to, which was kind and we appreciated very much.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my partner. The hotel was very convenient and in walking distance to the Main square, Basilica and all the other attractions. Restaurants were nearby which made everything easy. Overall our stay was great and we enjoyed it.

Took me a while to find but when I did it was really close to St Marks and the sights I wanted to see.

A great place to stay in Venezia and well situated. Just don’t open the windows at night, it can be very noisy

The hotel is good, very basic but with nice front desk and H/K staff. My room was at the back, and did not have much privacy, as well the news at the back was quite messy. I feel the room small for 2 adults , but it is Veneza, could not expect more. Lorenzo from front desk is a great asset to the property.

Everything was awesome. We forgot our watch there (it is very important for us, cause it is from our late brother), and the friendly employee (Mrs. Laura) contact us immediately and they now shipping the watch to Germany. so: great hotel, great location, super clean, great staff! so, thank you dear Hotel ambassador - Team!

Very good location, steps away from San Marco square

This property is right next to the main square and it is very convenient. I recommend taking the water bus to get here or a water taxi because the there are a lot of stairs and bridges from here to the station. The room itself is a bit dingy looking but the location is prime

Great location, the rooms was beautifully decorated, the only down side was the bathroom being very small and after shower slightly smelly, but wouldn’t be a deal breaker I would for sure come back. We had an economy room and quite happy with it

Excellent location! A 5 minute walk to the waterbus and a minute walk to St Mark’s Square! The first room they gave me was horrible! It was very spacious however the bathroom was not a bathroom! It was a toilet inside the shower and then the sink inside the bedroom! I complained and the staff were more than happy to move us to a different room the following morning - room was a lot smaller but it had an actual bathroom so I was happy. Would stay again purely for the location.

The breakfast was quite good. The room was okay the bathroom terrible. Nothing like the pictures and very smelly.
