Location is in an industrial area auto repair shops sales lots shipping companies that type of stuff. The room was nice no complaints there, the staff not friendly but efficient. I noticed when pulling in to the lot all the parking stalls were blocked off and the desk directed me to park in the underground parking, guess what was on my bill at check out, $15.00 parking fee! There was no signage stating that fact nor was i informed by staff givig me the choice. Plus there nothing on Hotels. Com stating this fact! Its not the money that bugs me its the deception! SHAME ON BOTH OF YOU!☹

Clean and everyone is very nice

It was interesting when we checked in. They had this peice of paper at the front desk printed out that they made me sign. It was a no party policy. I am sure it was not something okayed by the hotel chain since I have stayed at several other locations and never had to sign this before.

Good , clean, healthy breakfast choices. Clean lobby and surroundings . Just happened to have a toilet bowl that had some poop stain inside and at the side. Perhaps room cleaner has some eyesight issues.

The receptionist through out my stay there was rude and unwelcoming, unhelpful, nevertheless, the hotel itself was nice as with the area. I was also charged for parking when it clearly said parking was free.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. Everything was clean and in good condition. The complimentary breakfast was great. I really appreciated the amenities as well. I would say it was worth the price I paid. It was quiet and had places to eat in close proximity. We even had an incident where we had ants in our room randomly on our last day there and the staff acted promptly and fixed the situation. They were professional and very apologetic. The room was cleaned thoroughly after that and it was quite nice to see how great the customer service was. The check out process was easy. Check in time was later than I’m used to, but it worked out as my flight got delayed. Check in is at 3pm, but I guess it’s ok since they give you till noon to check out which is amazing if you want to sleep in. The black out curtains were fantastic and it had very comfortable beds. The shower supplies were plentiful and all around a great experience. Would recommend.

Great location. No homeless near or on the property. The staff was hospitable and helpful.

The Hotel stay was wonderful, they did not have me in the system at first. It was booked on line thru a third party and not thru the hotel. It was resolved and they found the reservation. The staff very accommodating, the breakfast every day , was wonderful. The house keeping staff got anything that I needed. A very pleasant stay.

Everything was great

The hot tub was not very hot and the heated pool advertised didn’t feel very warm either. Everything else was great.

Very noisy, garbage trucks at 4am across the alley , homeless people yelling and cussing. Will not stay there again
