Was really nice and clean. Staff was attentive as well definitely recommend.

One night stay & it was great

No Elevator to second floor was offered so we had to use the stairs. I have a bad knee and a baby to carry. The smell of weed thru the halls of a non-smoking area was awful.

Just their for one night but room was clean and bed was fairly comfortable

Staff was rude, hard to reach, and did not want to assist when you did finally reach them. The property itself was very dirty with trash cans overflowing into the floor and being left. Trash scattered along the hallway floors; Same trash was in the same place from the time I checked in and still there at the time I checked out. There was no air in hallways and side doors propped open making it very hot with it being summer in Texas! A/C units did not cool down to temps set at in room making it hot throughout the night in the room as well. Very unsatisfactory stay.

Next to a rowdy room that had lots of kids that cried and screamed all night long and jiggled door handle that connected rooms together. No sleep. Also, not 1, not 2 but 3 large tree roaches inside my room. Safe to say, i stayed somewhere else the next night.

Trash

When i make reservacion they charge me so i drive there when i getvto there theres no room

First they put us way in the back of the place with no way to exit except coming back to the front…. Security was very poor I don’t sleep comfortably at all …. They showed no concern at all… then they want a. Deposit on top of the room price…

When I got there they said there’s no rooms and they said they were not taking any reservations. I booked online! yes I could. Hotels.com showed me room is available and I could book. Anyway they told me they will cancel my reservation and give me money back but they never did it. Still charging. I emailed them but never answered me. I didn’t cancel my booking why they don’t give me money back!?!? I slept in the airport that night. Terrible

Booked a room . When I arrived the to the location . They had NO LIGHTS NO AIR CONDITIONING. I was told by the guy in the front lobby to cancel my booking and when I did I’m still getting charged .

I booked online and I went the and they told me they don’t have a room

I booked this visit while working out of town over 4 hours away from home and they turned me away saying the power was out and could not let anyone stay there. Yet I was able to book, they could have let me know in advance that they were cancelling my stay

Never again

Due to the hurricane they accepted the reservation but when we arrived they said they were not taking reservations and expedite was not aware of that due to phone lines being down. Waiting on a refund.

I did not stay at this property and I need a refund, there wasn't any electricity.

Dirty, crockroach unprofessional. Never again

Cool indoor pool close to the airport nice staff

I would not recommend if traveling with seniors. They have no elevators. Our stay was from 6/28-7/21 2024 (2 ROOMS) boy was the first 2 days a mess. 1st day it was extremely loud with unsupervised kids running all over the place from the halls to the pool literally about 50 kids just out cutting up, cursing, smoking, screaming and etc.. upon arrival both rooms had roaches greeting us. One of the room walls was FILTHY & the picture was absolutely disgusting. As for my seniors room my grandma & great aunt were without power in there room for 2 hours! & this was in the night hours from 9:42pm when I made the 1st call about the power and their stuff wasn’t back on until after 11pm which extremely ridiculous and very inconvenient being that one needs a medical machine to sleep. The workers were very rude, unprofessional and unconcerned about our needs. Along with us there was other room guests complaining about the same thing in the lobby and this woman couldn’t feed her 3 children due to no electricity!!!!! Senior room: no soap, shampoo & etc they were all empty Our room: had all.. Also I requested and asked in person for a connected room being that my party was of 7 and the desk guy lied and said they didn’t have this available in this hotel and that they closed them off with wood but when we went in our rooms separate rooms literally both connected with others and there was no visible sign of closing them he just completely lied and had us separate but at least same hall..

To spend the night it is good, the smell would improve

The room walls had some substance stains. We stayed at a NS room but the halls smelled of cigarettes smoking and THC smell. The staff was helpful though for the stay. I was a bit annoy that the pool was not accessible on first night of stay.

Would never stay at this hotel again

The stay overall was a terrible experience the hotel was a 1 out of 5 our room smell was atrocious and we had to ask the front desk for everything that we should’ve had already they didn't have any clean sheets nor did we get house keeping and there was roaches i will never go to this hotel again and not to mention we had to pay a deposit that wasn't on the site when we booked it and there was a domestic violence and fight next to our room and nothing was done about it when we called front desk and there was kids left alone and loud after quiet hours.

The cleanliness of the property was not up to standard, as there was a noticeable presence of pests, specifically roaches. Despite the intervention of the cleaning staff, the issue was not adequately addressed. The sheets were merely reversed instead of being replaced or thoroughly cleaned. Furthermore, there is ongoing renovation work in the upper level of the property, which has recently been opened. It is suspected that this could be the source of the pest issue. This situation warrants immediate attention and rectification.

Truck Window Was Broke and they will not help

Everything was nice they never cleaned my room but

The cost is ok , the employees are great but the sheets were stained and fridge. No breakfast and No gym although it is written that they have it available.

Front desk early in the day was confused on shuttle time and I could have taken it..cost me an extra $30 for a Lyft. No breakfast? Sheets werw stained

The hotel was okay for the price. Our reason for staying there was the inside pool.and it was out of service.
