It is a little unfair to judge this property as we arrived in the middle of a crisis following the hurricane. Unfortunately for us the details of the hotel on line and what the experience was were very different. Heads up to the staff for doing their best in very trying circumstances.

Kids running down the hall all hours of the night
Rain came in through window sil we had to use towels to stop it up.
We called the desk to ask to stay another night. By the time we got down there ( 20 mins later), we were told there were no more rooms. I specifically asked for the room to be held.

System was down when I was checking in and I did not get a room that was available. I had to come back to the front desk to get corrected. The remote for the TV had tape on it to hold in the batteries and was not working.
