The young man who checked us in was helpful and friendly. However, I had to use the zoomlike contact for help and that was not a good experience.

The room and the bathroom were really clean. The bed sheets were nice and clean with good pillows.
I didn’t use anything else because I didn’t need to. But, If I needed to use anything, I would have.

Staying at Quality Inn Sarasota @ Lido Beach is an awesome experience
. Free breakfast is a plus, also the pool is very nice. Customer service as well as our room cleanliness is excellent. We have lots of parking space and there is always available.

First of all, there was no one at the front desk. They only had virtual assistant on the screen that could help you if you needed anything. It made me think about safety of this place. The location of this hotel was not very convenient. This area looked very poor and shady. Room was small, but not updated. Furnitures were very old. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all…

Stay was great, but I’m still waiting on my deposit. & the gentleman said it would stay pending & just be released back to my card. No, it definitely processed. So just be aware when staying here.

We drove two hours to be told our reservation could not be found. I had multiple emails confirming the reservation through Expedia as well as emails from the actual hotel! They blamed this on Expedia. The check in took almost 30 minutes. No one was actually available in person to speak to. We stayed here a few years ago and I thought This was just due to co**d. You speak to a person that is not on site through a kiosk for anything needed. It is a TERRIBLE system. The room was nice but the air conditioning was horrible! It was EXTREMELY loud and we had to turn it off at night. Which meant not sleeping in a hot room. We requested for our room to be changed and were denied this, told it was a fluke and that someone would come to look at it. No one did and we did not get another room as requested. I’m surprised this hotel costs as much as it did.

My ac was very loud and the bathtub was very slippery. There was nothing to hold on to and I slipped several times while taking a shower hoping that I would not fall

The pictures must of been taken many years ago, the room was dirty, stunk and walls and floors were nasty and full of dirt/stains. Needs to be deep cleaned, bed had hair toilet had pee stains. Disgusting and we paid $200 for one night. It was more like a motel. Never again!

One night stay. Beds were sturdier than RedRoof plus! Comforters were very comfy and sheets as well compared to Red Roof Opelika!

I enjoyed the stay at Quality Inn. Convenient location to lido beach and short drive to great restaurants and activities. Its definitely an older building and ahowing signs of wear but the rooms have been updated with comfortable beds and modern Conveniences. The breakfast was very poor in my opinion and i skipped it after my first morning. Just not enough there to bother with it. That was disappointing. I liked the electronic checkin with no concierge on site but im sure others would not. Didnt use the pool but there is a nice one. Wish there had been a gym tho 😕

All of the staff was super nice very friendly and I would recommend to anyone. Adi was absolutely a doll face. Kisses. Thank you and katni was even more of a joy. The lady doing breakfast oh I’m gonna miss her

We were able to check in early. The room was nice & clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Only stayed one night as we had an early flight the next morning. Unfortunately too early for their breakfast. Highly recommend it.

Breakfast was just waffles, no nreakfast out secpnd day, no staff just a kiosk, poll had garbage flating in it.

It was fine. It’s a no-frills and simplistic stay. Do not expect any sort of excessive comfort or amenities.

Beds not that comfortable. Continental breakfast advertised to include eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles, but only had waffles. Door in room seemed like it had been kicked open a few too many times. Had to wedge chair under handle to make sure no one was coming in at night.

No hot water in shower, shower wouldn’t drain, security lock at top of door hanging out and unusable, a bunch of holes in blinds showing outside….

After staying in a separate quality inn in Orlando the night before I was honestly so surprised at the state of this particular hotel. The room is dirty and run down. Large curtains hiding stains on the walls. I have never and will never stay in a room like this again. There are suction cup “stains” on one of the head boards.

Tub filled with water when showering as did the sink when you brushed your teeth. Hair on floor when we checked in. Complained to front desk. Housekeeping was poor at best.
