Property was clean and quiet. I have no issues. I would recommend this property. It is sort of off on its own away from things which didn't matter to us because things are pretty close in Portland

Convenient stay for 2 nights. The only complaint is that the mattress is not as comfortable as other hotels.

We went up to Portland to see the Maine Celtics and this place was reasonable and convenient. The room was very nice, the accessible bathroom very large. Could have used a bit more vacuuming (some wrappers, somebody nail clipping - ew)

I enjoyed my stay, room was quiet, slept well 4 nights!!! Only downside was skimpy breakfast compared to la quinta in Harrisburg earlier on our trip.

The room was not as clean as it should. There was garbage behind the toilet from previous guest and dusty. Staff not friendly. Not walking distance from Old Port but Ubers are not expensive.

We stayed here for three nights in October. It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was fine. Short drive to downtown Portland. We would stay here again.

Situated just on the outskirts of town, about 20 minutes walk from the railway station, about 30-40 minutes walk into the town or can use the bus. Comfortable accommodation with breakfast included, welcoming staff and fitness facilities including gym and outdoor pool.

Hotel was ok- just felt sub-standard compared to other similar hotels, such as Fairfield, Hampton Inn, etc.

Honestly the property was a last resort for our traveling stay. While the stay was acceptable, the property is clearly aged and in need of renovation and the price of the stay was highly excessive in our measure. The personnel were helpful and pleasant.

Stains on the couch, dirty all around. Don’t listen to the front desk that you can walk, especially in the dark. It is a bad neighborhood.

I was very pleased with my stay I thought it was an excellent choice for my stay in Portland. Only wish it was a little closer to walk to Old Port and the tourist area as parking can be costly I did appreciate have a free parking space at the hotel

There was a terrible smell in the parking lot and the room had a foul smell. I made the reservation months ago and we were given a handicapped room which we did not need. Didn't like the handheld shower head. $200 for this room was way too much

Great hotel, and super nice staff. We will say though, there wasn’t a lot of things to do in Portland. A couple of nights would have sufficed. Parking was easy and plentiful.

There was no matress pad on the bed, sheets were so pilly i would use them in an old cabin! Way to expensive for subpar bedding!

Overall, our experience was very good at this La Quinta. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Or room was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that the breakfast seating area isn’t really large enough to accommodate the guests.

This is a good place to stay if you want to spend the day in downtown Portland. It’s only a 2 minutes drive. You don’t have to pay a lot of money to say in downtown. Also you can have a good breakfast before you start your day.

Room clean, smelled fresh, staff friendly, let us check in early, and helpful. Food was good. Missed not having lotion in the room and train woke us up both mornings.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here (the first time was two years prior). The best word I can think of to describe this hotel is “reliable.” There’s tons of parking, the location is convenient, the water pressure is good, beds were comfy, rooms were clean, they have a pretty decent free breakfast, there’s a fitness center, and the price was fair. The only thing that could’ve made this better is a tub to relax in after a long day of traveling. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked great. If I have any future visits to Portland, I’ll be sure to come here.
