The location is great. The service was great would go back again. Rooms were clean.

We had some issues but the manager took care of everything for us after we were able to connect. Overall we would stay again!

Upon entering the room. We find the door doesn't shut.(without slamming). Bugs (little flying annoying gnats).
The bathroom door didn't shut either (without force).the handles to the shower door were loose ..(basically falling off)

Beds were so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep. Hotel pool outside was fridig even though it was the summer. Indoor pool was subpar. Would not stay here again

The hot water tap in the bathroom sink was broken, therefore there we had no hot water in the bathroom sink. The bathroom sink was also clogged and did not drain. I reported these issues to the front desk, and was told they would be addressed in the morning, they werent addressed at all.

Everything was perfect with my stay. Rooms were clean and the area outside was perfect. The only problem i have is the hotel charged me an extra $155.00 to my credit card. I called the hotel and they didnt have an explanation for the charge.

We had a pleasant stay here for our mini weekend getaway with family. The place is alright and close to the LG village, staff were very friendly, The room we stayed was a okey-only downside was you can literally hear the other room.. overall, we had a good time.

Good hotel to sleep for 1 night but wouldn’t sleep more. Rooms are clean but hotel is run down. There was a smell in the hallway. Walls are very thin. But overall, compared to other hotels in the area, it’s one of the best ones.

Staff was always helpful and kind. Our room needed to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances and BW staff was able to accommodate us. We love BW Lake George!

The front girls at night and the morning staff also gentleman who worked nights were great. The cleaning staff never came to our room during the day never came to clean and there were several cob webs and no screens in the window for fresh air. The manager was great his name is Rob. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Expected bigger rooms and updated rooms. The rooms need be be updated and should have more space. Too small for two double bed. The carpet in the coridor had a stinking smell. Breakfast coffee was cold. Not many choices. Should have more fruits. Staff at breakfast should have at least smile on their face.

Had a 2 level room 2 bath towels for 5 people then to get them was a process along with getting toilet paper. Upstairs bathroom mirror was gone toilet worked when it wanted. Ask every day for the room to be made up and it wasn’t trash overflowing would not empty. No towels at inside or out pool. Will never stay at Best Western EVER AGAIN!!

“Housekeeper avoiding their job” was what I got from the front desk clerk when I went down to ask for towels, so that pretty much explains my rating.

No towels at the pool. Breakfast area too small. Our room was very humid, probably woth the inside pool not far.
They did renovations, but everything thing seems to be outdated. Breakfast wasn’t good. A lot of waste around breakfast, everything thing from plates, spoons, knives, forks, cups, yogourt cups, fruits cups…was going into garbage.
Good location, easy access, friendly staff.

Carpet is wet and does not give a clean feeling, a/c is noisy. Hotel has no elevator. Very basic hotel yet charge so much money. Totally not worth it.

Everything was great except for the floor rug I'm the hallways should be changed. It definitely clean but it makes it looks dirty when it is not.

I am by no means a motel/hotel snob. However, I was expecting a little more from this name brand hotel. I haven't stayed in a hotel with double beds in years, so that was uncomfortable for my husband and me who are used to sleeping in a king bed. Even though the AC was set at 70, it still seemed pretty warm. The breakfast was excellent and the grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool. The outdoor pool looked awesome as well. There really wasn't enough room in the hotel room to put our suitcase on the rack provided in the closet, but since we were only staying one night, we put it on the desk. The room was very clean.

The location was great, but the walls are VERY thin. You can hear everything around and above you, so our stay was pretty noisy. I know a hotel can't control how noisy their guests are, but this was just not great. Also, our bed was completely broken on one side!

We really enjoyed our stay the room was clean morning breakfast was good, coffee not so much, we managed to get ice one day but ice machine was down two out of the three days we were there, if that’s of importance to you, it is close to the outlets, the village and prospect mountain…. The indoor pool dint look too inviting but the outdoor pool looked good. I would stay there again. Non of the mentioned above were deal breakers for me.

The property was older and not in the best shape. Some routine maintenance would go a long way. The staff wasn’t overly welcoming or friendly but provided what was needed. Was pretty clean but the poor maintenance made it seem like it could be cleaner. Great location to get to everything though and the beds were comfortable.

The first thing I didn't like was that the room was poorly cleaned. Hair on the towel, a dirty toilet lid, and it turned out that the sink didn't let the water through. We immediately went to the reception, they said that they would send someone to fix it, but after three days of staying there, the issue was not resolved. In addition to everything, it was very noisy, since a child lived above our room, on the second floor, he ran around until late, it was very audible and did not allow us to relax and rest. All I liked was the area around the hotel and the view of the mountains.

Comfortable room and honest breakfast expected for this category of hotel.
But what a horrible, high level of humidity... The bed was damp and the pages of our passports even folded up during the night!!!!
Quite honestly, it's unacceptable.
Don't forget to keep your passports in the safe if you stay there!
