We had a king jaccuzi room with a fireplace. It was spotless and very comfortable and cozy. The hotel has in indoor pool and offered hot breakfast each morning. It was very convenient to the parkway and shopping and attractions. Housekeeping did an excellent job, as did the front desk staff. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself was clean and the staff were very nice; and they were constantly seen cleaning or vacuuming the floors. The pillows were awful so definitely bring your own, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The shower had plenty of water pressure and the water stayed hot. We had a problem with the first room we were given; it smelled heavily of propane from the fireplace and the phone in the room didn’t work; but a short 30 minutes later, once maintenance determined it couldn’t be “fixed” we were given a new room. The included breakfast is better than most hotels. Overall a great deal but they really should invest in better pillows & mattresses. We hardly slept the entire night through because of how bad the bed & pillows were. Other than that; not a lot of complaints here.

We always stay at Ramada Inn North when we go to Pigeon Forge. Great place to stay. Comfortable beds, clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff from front desk the the cleaning service and can't forget the servers at breakfast. They try to keep food in supply and wash down tables after someone leaves so the next guest will have a clean table to eat at.

The Ramada was a well kept property, the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased during or stay there.

Everything was very good,the only negative thing I would have was that we stayed 5 nights and the room was cleaned 3 times but the sheets weren’t changed nor the bed made

Our stay was great. Lady at the desk was friendly and go us checked in quickly. Room was clean and smelled clean. That is very important to me! Beds were comfy and air worked good. Only ate breakfast one morning in the hotel. Only 2 choices of hot items, but the coffee was great. We have stayed here for years and they have made upgrades and remodeled to keep things up to date. Over all a great hotel with reasonable rates.

Nice clean rooms. Had a problem with the key entry. We were disappointed.
We had a large king bed room with a firepace and comfortable chairs. We had to change to a much smaller queen room. They reimbursement us a reasonable amount. However, it was still disappointing. Breakfasts were good for hotel food.

The room was large and beds comfortable. Breakfast was filling and a good assortment of items. It is walkable to several restaurants and aettractions. The staff members were friendly and very helpful.

Bed was very comfortable, room was awesome. Only thing I would change would be I will let them know that I need a room close to the elevator because I've had a stroke and my room was quite a distance from the elevator causing me to be extremely tired from the walking

Had issues with the toilet not flushing. Notified the front desk and no one came. Reminded them the next day, no one came. Could not swim in the pool as it was foamy and the “pool room” is so hot it’s like sitting in a sauna. Not refreshing at all. Not happy to spend money somewhere where you can’t use the amenities or even flush the toilet.

The property was nice and clean. In a great location. Staff was super polite and helpful. Only downfall, which is definitely not a big deal, was the wifi was spotty. It would constantly go in and out. I couldn't get my laptop to connect to it at all. We would stay again!

When we arrived at 4 our room was ready. When we opened the door to our room the smell of mold and mildew about knocked us over. We went back to the front desk, they didn’t hesitate to switch us room. The second room was a lot better as far as the mold and mildew smell but the moisture in the room made everything wet feeling. The room was clean. Don’t expect housekeeping to make bed during your stay. All they did was put in fresh towels and take out garbage. We had a stand up shower and so the floor stayed wet because of the drain.

Room was clean, no issues with things not working/broken. Our room was conveniently located near the ice machine. The only thing I had requested prior to arrival was a 1st or 2nd floor room, but the clerk didnt give me the option at all. Didnt acknowledge my request or say was unavailable,etc. and then handed me a 3rd floor key. Other than that the stay was good.

The hotel looked recently updated; however, only cosmetic changes were apparent. The room carpet was apparently cleaned recently (they were cleaning other rooms during our stay) but the cleaning process left a lot of moisture in the carpet, and the AC unit could not keep up with reducing the moisture. Consequently everything felt damp the entire week (7/21-7/26/24) we were there, and bare feet or socks would get damp, and our friends room was the same. The wet carpet was very disappointing. The breakfast was good and things were mostly clean… however, when walking around in our room with damp feet from the floor I noticed I had black hair stuck to my feet … but none of us had black hair!

Clean rooms, the elevator needs an upgrade. Could never use it took to long to get 3 floors always had to use the stairs. Hotel is convenient to everything. Local Goat restaurant is next door and short walk
