The room was spacious, but beds are not comfortable and the bathroom extremely small,and smelled of marijuana all night while room

Great place to stay! Great rooms that are clean, comfy and cozy. Basically, sat in front of all the shopping and restaurants you'd need. My company stayed one night, but it's very much able to accommodate extended stays with the rooms having mini fridges and microwaves.

Room was clean. Bathroom sink counter broken phone not working. Need to revamp your website still says smoking rooms but all rooms non smoking web site said no pets but we saw some pets in adjoining rooms.

I went in a couple of rooms and they had roaches. I don't do roaches they travel in a group. But the front desk worker let me other rooms and I found one for the weekend and it had no bugs in it I appreciate the accommodation truly. It was quiet the pool was open my kids and I enjoyed the stay. Plus we love the variety of restaurants and walking distance

Room have some nice TV furniture and very nice mirror but other need to be change asap starting with the beds and mattress also the bath sink was clog. They can also replace simple hardware things. They need to clean the drain around the pool that is full of cigarettes, look nasty.

There was hair in the tub and the bathroom toilet and door should have been cleaned better. Beds were very comfortable. They did upgrade room when the television didn't work. The staff was very nice. Check in and out was very easy. Location was good because you are surrounded by so many stores and places to eat and shop.

The room smells of sour urine, the shower is hardly working, the electricity keeps going off and I have to sleep with a breathing machine and if it goes off while I sleep it could be fatal, my wife had to clean the room there was hair in and around the sink, and the air vents smelled sour. Pure health Hazzard. Worst room we have ever stayed in. Definitely not worth $290 money lost.

The property was dated and in tight conjunction with a strip mall parking lot. While the king bed was comfortable and seemed clean, the furnishings seemed dated and the bathroom needed a renovation; the bathroom door wouldn't close properly.
However, despite location, the site seemed fairly quiet.

The lady who did our check in was super nice and took care of us immediately. The location was convenient with stores walking distance.
Room carpet were smelly, the ice machine wasn’t working, neither was the AC in the room. The first room we got had a bad smell of gas, we got a different one.

My stay was amazing.I had a very good room.It was cleaned fresh.The only thing is that there was a lamp that was in my room that I really wanted to take but I took a picture of it to see where I could find one at.Thank you guys so much for my stay. Lol

The rooms are very clean except it smell urine when I opened up the closet and we didn't use it. Even the carpet it smells the same like urine. It will be nice to have good breakfast. I ask the housekeeper for towels and toilet paper the day before our check out day but we never got them. Probably of the miscommunication because he was using his
cell phone to translate. We couldn't get a good sleep some guests were partying across from our room with door open. The front desk staffs some are rude and some are friendly.

I had to request towels and toilet paper. They don't clean your beds every day not your room. No breakfast. Only oatmeal and coffee. I stay for 5 days with no choice. I could not find any other hotel in the area every thing was booked. I want a refund 😡. I asked for military discount they said they don't have that...how odd.

Imy family traveled to Columbus, Ga for a funeral. The facility is old but clean. Service was good & addressed all concerns we had.

The pictures on the website are very deceitful. The room was very poor, the shower had limited hot water and turns in the opposite direction of faucets in all of America. We had visitors on our 2nd and 3rd day there called roaches. The website says breakfast included which consist of a piece of toast, granola bar or a pack of oatmeal. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone nor will I stay at another Howard Johnsons.

They charge a 50 deposit, when checking out they said that they could not give deposit back until 11am when they look at room our check out was 7am, they said they would send deposit back to my checking account and send email but they never did.

Good location but not what was advertised online when booked. Its a motel but it was advertised as a luxury hotel. Carpet was ripping off floor. Beds were small and hard. TV didn’t work so maintenance “a random off the streets whom we saw chillin on the side of the road” came in to bring us a new one. He had on regular clothes, no uniform. Very sketchy place. Went to ask for more rags and towels, was told they ran out of rags and would have to wash more. Maintenance man also told us not to eat the complimentary breakfast because it wasn’t worth it. Also, when calling the front desk about the TV problem and towels, they were rude

While arriving, I was speechless placing my license on the desk and never placing anything in my hand. The room itself oh gosh let me tell you. Just call me pest control / the exterminator because I felt uncomfortable killing all these roaches, spiders, bugs, especially in the bathroom and beside the bed. This was by far the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had. This should definitely be a complimentary stay. I was here for the classic & just wanted to relax …

It was by far the most unpleasant stay I’ve ever had. The hotel was extremely dirty, had a smell, and was obviously not cleaned from the previous guest. The front office clerk was additionally very unpleasant and did not provide the accommodations that were paid for.
