Everything was great. Check in was easy, right there in strip so good location, had good balcony, clean rooms, and friendly staff. I did not go to the pool but it looked fine and big enough. However, I wished the breakfast was better.

They had 24 hour service at the front desk for helping u. They serviced breakfast 7 to 10 everyday with someone available to help or answers any questions. The indoor pool was clean and had towels available. Room was clean. Only thing was shower pressure was a little weak but i was also on the 5th floor but it was good enough to enjoy a shower after a long day. Overall it was a very nice place and close to lots of things to do.

Could do with a good overhaul. Needs painting. My husband is handicapped and he spilled a package of sugar trying to make a cup of coffee, maids came in and made bed and brought towels but never attempted to sweep up sugar. I wet a napkin and got what I could up. No extra blanket. Just seems very old and worn.

Terrible hotel. Getting to the pool or breakfast area is a maze of locked doors and dark hallways. Food was disgusting! Powered eggs, watered down instant gravy, instant oatmeal, yogurt, and waffles. Thats it!! The front desk refuses to answer from the phone in the room. The "mountain view" upgrade is a joke!

Loved the jacuzzi tub until we had to call the front desk at 2am because it wasn't draining. The maintenance man came right up and helped us but said the value is broken so a lot of people end up flooding the room. We turned the knobs all the way to each side and couldn't turn the water all the way off before he came. Otherwise great stay.

The beds were not made up all the way one morning , they only left 3 towels and there was 4 of us in the room .

This is our 5 time staying here. Its a great location to walk to places to eat and to also get to places you wanna do. We love going to Dollywood so its right across the road to turn and go to it.

My family loved our experience at this hotel! We booked this as a last minute getaway, after losing our baby to SIDS. The room was super roomy for 2 adults and 3 kids. The jacuzzi tub in our room was perfect and such a nice touch. The staff was very pleasant, and we LOVED the fact the pool stays open until midnight. We will definitely be back!

We were satisfied with our stay! Everything was as described on the website! Shout out to the lady that took care of the breakfast! She is a very hard worker and pleasant (Dakota).

The property was dated. The breakfast was decent. The location was fantastic. When we checked in we found a comb and some dirty paper towels from the prior occupants. The air condition struggled to keep the room cold, but it was in the mid 90s during the day. It wasn't overly expensive.
