115 in Phoenix and the air conditioner in my room were great

The man that checked me in early was very nice. The room had a definite odor that it was smoked in for 30 or 40 years, but it was a huge room. The sheets had holes but the bed was comfy. The AC worked great, the ice machine was non existent. Overall solid 2 star, but I would totally stay here again.

So far so good I would return and I'm planning on staying here until we find a place

It is an older hotel, but it is clean, quiet, and affordable. I will stay here again.

Not great

This property needs a deep restoration: flooring, roofing, plumbing, and outdoor painting. The rooms are acceptably clean. It's a good place if you want to stay a short time without expending too much money.

It was less than expected. There was only one ice machine for the whole facility and it was usually empty. The decor is very dated and reminded one of a late 80's early 90's motel that hasnt had an upgrade since. The room had burn holes likely from cigarettes in the bed cover, carpets and one of the in room chairs despite having notifications all around the facility stating that no smoking was allowed. I stayed for 3 nights and for the first two i didn't have occasion to use the room coffee maker. I atempted to use it on the final morning of my stay and was pretty appalled to find that the pot was full of coffee from someone else's prior stay and had a skin of mold covering the coffee. All that said the front desk staff were congenial.

The room was good sized with a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker all in good condition and working great. The TV had limited channels but I wasn't interested in TV. The place was quiet and the grounds well maintained. The only downside were the bed pillows. Very uncomfortable. The rate was the lowest I could find online.

The hotel is old and I wouldn’t recommend for families.

Wifi weak and not secure... no blankets on the bed under the bedspread... TV only had a few channels... It was ok in that I only had to be there for less than 16 hours and it was a convenient location for where I needed to be early the next morning but it wasn't worth the price even at a discounted rate... oh, and the pillows were horrible... I would not have wanted to stay another day... No one would be there between like 1 am thru 8 am and I was very careful and aware to make sure I didn't lock myself out of the room when I was leaving around 7 am/ ...

The sheet for the bed had a stain on it, don't know what it was. One of the towels did was well. I think in instances like that, this other should just be replaced because no one really wants linens with weird stains

Staff was very friendly and helpful. A pleasant stay.

If your looking for a cheap place with mediocre bath, bed & tv that charges far.more.than its value then this would.be the place. No.coffee shortage pf.towels uncomfortable bed and lousy tv and pathetic wifi

i had a large group of friends staying here for 3 days on a trip. we had 4 rooms the rooms were all clean and free of bugs. had mini fridges coffee makers and microwaves. good water pressure and temp in the showers only thing was the beds were all horribly hard and ummcomfortable and the pillows were small and flat

Room was spacious but old ass bed was uncomfortable. But the worst was I seen a roach on the bed!!

Very old and outdated. Carpet needed cleaning or removing. Had a hole in the bottom of the door for unwanted critters to come through.

Bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing. Drunk people next door till 4:30 am. My only complaint is the carpet was disgusting. I never took my shoes off and the room smelled of dried urine. Night clerk wasn’t all that friendly, but the manager was amazing! For a one night, it was passable.

Mildew smelling bathroom. Dirty bathtub. Degraded decore and structure. EXTREMELY lumpy pillows.

The hotel that should be never be in an Expedia, that so disgusted and duty. I’m so disappointed. The lady in the front desk when I went and talk to her about the room she even say if he does room smell like feet and I say yes and worse like that.

It was convenient and quiet at my stay🙏

We had a couple minor items that needed attention and the staff / front desk looked after them right away. It’s not a high end motel but we weren’t looking for that either. The traffic noise wasn’t too bad. The internet was flaky. We stayed 7 nights.
