Customer service was terrible. I accidentally booked a smoking room (which was not clearly labeled at all) and they refused to change it unless I payed a large fee. The smoking room smelt AWFUL

Room was recently renovated and was very nice. Clean and up to date. Now is time to identify scratches in room and touch up. Outside buildings need some painting and maintenance. Pool looks nice. We will be back.

Swimming pool was closed. Water bug in my room. Checkin clerk was hard to understand. Parking at the door was good. Free coffee a plus. Charges on bill was hard to understand. Lobby was not open when l checked out early.

The room was still dirty and some of the handles in the restroom were broken

This hotel was clean and the housekeeping was good. The shower was one of those overhead “rain” showers, which are great if you like those. I don’t because the pressure isn’t great. Also, the bathroom and dressing area are not separate and there are no usb charging locations, only electrical outlets. Otherwise, clean, quiet and easy to locate by ride share and food delivery apps.

Upgrades are good but not great.price is great compared to other places

Rollaway bed was a mouse trap very painful to sleep on. This hotel needs to invest in new beds. The ones there are very uncomfortable.

Updated rooms were nice

I have to say this was one of the worst rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Something clearly traumatic happened on the threshold of our room. There were obvious bleach marks on the ground, covered by fresh paint, and the room door had clearly been broken into previously. They just repaired it rather than replacing it. Once we got inside, there was a musty smell and a constant wind tunnel sound that we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. The WiFi was AWFUL. First, the network wouldn’t appear unless we went outside the room, then it connected briefly before losing internet in the room. We had to use our hotspots the whole stay. There was a bug in the shower, the floors were dirty and the bed was hard as a rock. There was no Do Not Disturb sign available and someone clearly entered our room while we were gone. Oh, and the free continental breakfast that was advertised was not true. No point in mentioning anything to the staff, they weren’t very welcoming and didn’t appear to care. The shabu shabu place next door was really good though.

THERE IS NO BREAKFAST at this Hotel. One main reason we booked here and to find out there is no breakfast. TV didn’t work. The room was very clean and location wasn’t too noisy. Would not stay here again.

There were roaches all over the room which we noticed the first night of our stay. Even when housekeeping came, none of the towels or toiletries were replaced and the bed was poorly thrown together.

Very nice rioms clean and quiet

Very old property. Outside is run down and dirty. Rooms are very outdated. Strange inconsistent sound in the wall during the night causing repeated sleep disruption even with white noise. Overall unpleasant experience.

They charged me a pet fee that I wasn’t considering so the room came out to 160.00 which was out of my budget the bathtub wasn’t working had to have a staff member come and help us the microwave adid not work and the staff was rude in front office

Property was centrally located and served our needs perfectly. So many wonderful places to eat. Home Depot is super close! Nice experience.

The room was really nice

This property was impeccably clean both outside and in the room. The only negative aspect was the pillows, which were so thin that four of them stacked was equal to a normal pillow. Honestly I have never seen such a thin bed pillow in my lifetime.

I loved the size of the room and the amenities with it.

Crickets & other bugs in the room - linens & towels very old - everything in this motel is OLD! Floor was FILTHY! We asked the clerk when we checked in about transportation to the rose parade - he said he didn't know "I just started work here 2 days ago" Do Not Stay Here!!
