Stay was great, we were there for hockey. The front desk team went over and above to make sure our stay was good. The hotel is like a maze, you're definitely going to get your steps in.

The heater in our room did not work and there were not enough extra blankets for all the beds so we had to sleep in our clothes. We called ahead that we would be coming in late, the hotel doors were locked when we got there. Had to wait outside till someone happened to come out, then waited another 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Breakfast was sub par, serving deli ham slices warmed up as a meat. All around it was the worst hotel stay I have ever had.

Inside our room, the furniture looks old and lack of maintenance. The beddings are clean.

Visited Red Deer a few nights. The room was fairly clean. Breakfasts were basic but not terrible. I didn't use the pool or hot tub. Still the most reasonable and bike friendly lodging. Probably visit again next year.

Clean place, the pictures on the site are not what the rooms are. It's an older hotel, needs some updates. My mattress was in rough shape but overall it did the job.

I think this was a high end hotel at one time but is looking tired now. The room was clean and smelled fresh and that means a lot to this customer.

The hot tub needs seating in it. It’s fairly deep and not safe for elderly or people with mobility issues.

Decent hotel with a free, hot breakfast, although they could extend the time for it since it's only from 630-930. They offered a late check out which was good but it cost $30. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The staff were great. $200 deposit without a credit card.

Pretty old and run down, lots of things that was broken. Bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom was small.

Stay was beyter than expected. Check in was a hassle especially with condescending lady we dealt with. Other then her the stay was good.

The toilet in the room was flushing for the whole 2.5 minutes while the towels were charged every 3(!) days to "conceive water".

The hotel is for sure 3 star but the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Hotel is a little run down, stains on the hallway carpets even though they were renovated. The rooms are dark and dated. Mattresses with no mattress covers not sure how hygienic that is given todays issues with bed bugs. Bathroom was super tiny had to close the door to get access to the toilet or tub. Overall is was good. I will say that parents who think their children running around at 11 pm at night while the parent is sitting there on their phone have no consideration for other travelers. You like you kids... great I don't need to hear them thank you, and guess what the following morning the same kids running around again with the father just sitting there. No consideration.

Nice hotel but dated, needs an update. The pool had over 45 people in it and was very loud. Even though it was supposed to close at 10, people were in there until almost 11.

I had to drive 3 or 4 times to make sure it is the hotel, no clear sighn, the parking lot and the outside of the building are in a rough condition so i though maybe i have the wrong address.
When came in i was reassured that this was the hotel, all staff were very nice the bed was very comfortable but the hotel is old and carpet is woth stains so it was a mix of a good experience with an uncomfortable feeling.

Shower was not clean when we arrived, hair everywhere.
Bathroom wasn’t cleaned when we got back, even though I told the front desk..left the sheets that they took off the bed on the chair, didn’t leave enough towels and no face cloths. Phone didn’t work..
The coffee wasn’t replaced or refilled…

I called the front desk to book and asked them if the 1 room with a large bed comes with a sofa bed and they clearly said YES. Unfortunately when we arrived I never seen any 1 sofa bed

Staff was very accommodating however the only available room they had was a room with no A/C. Room 124. They did provide a fan to make our first night a little more comfortable. We were told that they would give us a $50 rebate but found out the next day that because we booked thru Expedia they were not able to give us a discount. We were transferred to a regular the very next day. Unfortunately, the A/C was very loud whenever it kicked in. Needless to say, the two-night was a little disappointing.

When we travel now, my wife and i look for Wyndham properties. This one didnt disappointment, the staff are very professional and personable. The exterior is in need of renovation, interior looks to be well maintained, the pool and garden area are spectacular. The breakfast is why we choose Wyndham, this one is excellent and saves so much time not having to look for a hot breakfast after check out. We would stay here again.

The easy check in was less than easy. Requested for King bed. Got 2 queens and couldn’t fulfill request.
The 1st room was disgusting rm 122. Had blood on the sheets. See pic.

The front desk clerk she was not friendly at all lots of kids in the pool very noisy. No maid service unless we request. Parking lots is very rough. Food is Ok. The hotel needs to be clean.
